The parking for cars was far and its way bad explained to reach in the night when juste arrived at 10 o' clock in this new place;

I stayed in a disabled room , firstly the toilet was ver low down , it could do with riser on the seat!! the bed was to low ( we had to put lots of blankets and pillows under the mattress! could do with some risers on the legs , I am in a wheel chair ( I only have one leg) and found it very hard to use the facilites , I ever had to go to the orthopaedic shop and by an toilet seat riser so I could use the toilet !!

The pillows in the bed were too hard to enable a comfortable sleep. Not what you'd expect from this category of hotel.

We ate on the terrace most lunch times. The paella in particular was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly.

The view, you need to pay 30 euros more per night to get the sea view…. The swimming pool not covered and not usable in winter :-(

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have always enjoyed it. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food and there is always plenty. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location is directly on the seafront and the roof top pool is quiet and relaxing although the pool is on the small side. The rooms have been renovated since our last visit and a lovely and fresh and clean with the bathrooms getting a lively upgrade.

Everything was amazing: the staff, the views, the restaurant of the terrace... I would give it a 10/10! The hotel is a familiar business, all details taken into account. You won't regret it.

My stay in Lorret de Mar was ruined by the local police overzealous parking enforcement tactics and total inability to deal with the undesirables that frequent beech road when the sun goes down.

This is a beautiful hotel and the management were very understanding about the situation I found myself in.

As a GENIUS MEMBER of Booking.com - WE couldn't not Sleep all night, we are leaving the hotel very tired. Till 1.00 A.M. it was a lot of noise from druckend tourists, Than has started some Church bells to ring every 15 minutes. Because the bed insulated rooms and windows, we have heard everything, every Little noise. I don't recommend this hotel. Too expensive for what he is offering. I am very disappointed about this experience.

The food could be a little bit better and cheaper, but not really an issue as plenty of places to eat nearby.

beautiful location right on the beach front, rooms were great, cleaned each day with big spacious beds. The sea view from the room is gorgeous, with a pool and deck chairs on the top floor. Staff were very helpful and polite, available 24 hours a day. Very close to shops, restaurants and bars, not too far from bus station either to go exploring.

it’s near a church and the bells are going all through the night , very noisy we had a room on the side of the hotel but luckily we were only staying one night
