Our room was very close to restaurant and sometimes you hear some noise from that area, but not so disturbing (one evening we reported the level of noise and they promptly reacted and reduced it). But I think it was more related to this specific room that we had, the other rooms probably do not have such issues.

Everything was great, you really feel the high standards all around this property: starting with spacious room (and yes, you have your own private sauna), going on with tasty food in the restaurant and finishing with great people everywhere, doing their best to make you feel highly comfortable. Location is very good: 5 minutes walk to Tibidabo square, from where you have good connections everywhere in the city (we used the hop-on hop-off bus and it was perfect).

I liked the location of the hotel because it’s a few minutes away from the busy passige de gracia. The food was great. If you are in Barcelona on holiday and wish to stay at this hotel, book the hop-on-hop-off bus tours for the duration of your stay, it will save you a lot of money on taxi fare the Tibidabo stop is the closest to the hotel and five minutes by foot. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I think the continental breakfast could be improved. A choice of breads, pastries etc… could’ve added to the experience. The cooked breakfast was very nice.

The location, which is close to the park and Parc Guell. The historical building is so charming and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I also loved the hammam in my room.

room direct on the street (a little loud if you open the window) but there’s air condition in the room which helps!

the staff were super friendly, we liked that it was a smaller hotel, a little further from the Center of Barcelona but that’s what we wanted (it’s nice to switch off and relax). the facilities were great and we made the most of the jacuzzi and hammam.

It's expensive, but you get more than you pay for. In fact, it's probably a bargain considering everything they provide, the service, the atmosphere, etc.

This property was flawless. From the staff to the facilities to the food, it was amazing. And the bathrooms are the best I've seen in a hotel.

No real negatives. This property location-wise is not in the heart of Barcelona, but we stayed here on our last day and it was a welcomed change. It allowed us to explore an area of Barcelona that not many tourists get to explore.

The property was beautiful. The room spacious and well appointed. We ate a dinner and breakfast here, it was very good. Though the off season, the pool area was a nice peaceful place to read a book. And ALL of the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful!

The hotel it self was magnificent. Great location, plenty of transport links. But what really made our stay special was all of the staff. Simply all helpful and friendly. But John was truly amazing!! So so wonderful he really made our stay so special. Room facilities were amazing. Very clean. Jacuzzi was great after a long day of walking. The steam shower and sauna in our own room was such a nice experience

Our room for the last night had a unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It was a disabled room which is great that they have that but made the bathroom step up for hair and makeup difficult.

We upgraded for the first 2 nights and are room was amazing! Having a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room in the privacy of our room was lovely. The hotel is really lovely, intimate, gorgeous characteristics and attentive staff.

it is challenging to get on and off transportation because it is located in a corner in a busy street. I understand that there is nothing they can do with this.
