I would recommend either a vending machine next to the reception or something like a mini bar in the room. It would be really helpful, especially late at night when you don't know the neighbourhood.

The wardrobe was too close to the main bed, it was difficult to open as there isn't enough room between it and the bed for the doors to open.

We stayed at Ayora for four nights. The apartment is very well equipped and sparkling clean, reasonably close to the Cite de las Ciences (20 min walk) and 5 min from a metro station (direct to the airport). We would definitely go back.

The neighborhood area is neglected

The location is perfect to reach Oceanografic and Science Museum in 20 min, metro station in a 5-minute walk away and also Malvarosa in 25 min. The building is very clean and the welcome upon arrival is excellent.

Відгук. My friend and I had stayed at (nazwa hotelu). This is one of the best aportohotels I’ve been to. First of all, we were pleasantly surprised to get information that our room is ready earlier than check in hours. Then we could make an online check in as our flight was delayed. Once, we came to room - it was spotless, fresh and bright. Bathroom was clean and fully functional. There always been a hot water, enough toilet paper and very good hairdryer. Kitchen was modern and was ready to cook/ prepare some snacks. In the kitchen there were working washing machine, toaster, microwave etc. We’re very impress how clean and functional kitchenware were prepared. There was enough space in closet to put all clothes. Bed and bedsheets were clean and fresh. Service of this hotel is superb as receptionist was ready to answer to all our questions in couple of minutes. We’re very happy with service. Location of hotel is good. Very close to metro station that has a direct connection with airport( only 30 min from airport). Near hotel it is also Lidl, gas station , a lot of local bars and patisseries. We’re definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. You’ll totally will have a cozy and comfortable place in Valencia.

They are removed as early as the seventh day. It’s a pity that we were unlucky, the cleaning lady came at 14.00 and we had just returned from the sea, we were gone for 4 hours, so we didn’t leave anymore, and they didn’t clean our house for the entire 9 days of our stay. For the last two days, the water in the taps was barely warm, not hot. The Internet is not the best. There was a really lack of shelf in the bathroom and the towels did not stay on the hooks. The windows faced the street - at night there was a constant noise of cars, passers-by, garbage trucks that came three times a night, and the bins are located under the hotel windows

Fresh bed linen and towels. The beach is 2 kilometers away, there are supermarkets and cafes nearby. Taxi is easy to catch on the road

So much noise!!! As others have commented, the entire complex is at the ground floor of an apartment building, with about half of the apartments facing the street. You could hear everything from everywhere. The neighbours above our apartment (28) really enjoyed dragging their furniture across at unfortunate hours and stomping like someone was chasing them. The family next to our apartment had a crying baby, which we could obviously hear. Across the street, during the weekends, there are some sort of parties, which means you'll end up listening to music until midnight and then to the lovely and loud conversations of the people who attended the party and are now waiting for their taxis. Right across from our apartment door was a door leading to some sort of storage area for the hotel, which only staff can access. The staff didn't hold back on slamming that door, and it gets annoying quickly. You could also hear the cars driving over an uneven drain hole on the street, as well as everyone dragging their trollies around. The only chance of getting some sleep is between 00:00-07:00. After 07:00 it is literally impossible to sleep, I've had ear plugs in and noise cancelling headphones on top and could still hear the furniture being dragged on the floor above and the cars driving over the drain hole. It might seem like an exaggeration, but I've never experienced this level of noise pollution in any of my travels so far. It's obvious that the concept of noise isolation was not considered when this complex was built and it's a true shame because everything else was perfect. But it doesn't matter if you can't rest.

The location was good, the subway station and a couple of bus stations are very close. Grocery shops like Lidl and Mercadona are also a few minutes away on foot. The staff was very polite and helped us quickly with our requests regarding topping up on a few supplies and printing some tickets. The apartment had almost everything you'd need for a longer stay and was definitely properly equipped for a short stay. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Also had a dishwasher and clothes washer. Plenty of storage, seating area as well as couch and a tv. Everything was very clean. The AC worked great and it was silent. Wifi internet speed and signal were very good. I'd recommend some kitchen towels and a place to put the sponge and tea towels to dry. Also a clothes drying rack or string would be useful, getting everything to dry on hangers is not ideal. Nothing to complain about the apartment itself.
