Not forgetting it's a 2 star so comfort is slightly compromised in terms of room ambience and layout but saying that it was clean and OK for the one night sleep.

I was very disappointed to find the terrace closed which was the main reason for booking this hotel. We stayed in room 118 and got very little sleep due to the noise from the bars and disco below which didn’t close until after 5am.

Top noise during the nights! People seem to be very busy over weekends and some week days and make a lot of noise that filters into rooms! Not properly insulated for sound

Breakfast could be better and with more variety! It’s too much to have the same for a week and it felt like warmed up food from the day before. Location is great for walking and shopping at the city center and university life

The window in the bathroom was loose and fixed with adhesive tape. No one came to fix it, although this was promised on my arrival.

The hotel is beautifully located near the St Jerome Monastery and very close to the tourism area. The staff were friendly and agreeable. The room was large and comfortable.

The shower curtains are silk instead of plastic and that always wet the floors, but that's a common thing here in Europe from what I'm experiencing

The hotel did not have its own facilities such as a restaurant. You only had your bedroom. There was a communal roof terrace, but it was accessible to everyone, not just hotel guests.

The location of the hotel was good. You could easily reach everything on foot.

The room didn't have enough plugs and sockets.There were only three plugs. Two of them inside the toilet and the other one in the room but it was busy by the Television. As you can see, all of them were away from the bed. On the other hand, there was little natural light in the room. We always had to turn on the lights.

The location was the best facility to highlight keeping in mind the rate price. Also, mention that there was a bar on the rooftop where hotel customers can adhere a discount to consume drinks.

There was no window in the room and it made feel like being inside a cave. Other than that, I had no complaints on this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. For the low price that I paid, the room met my expectations. The hotel was also located near the touristic sites.

I didn't like that the sheets and towels had odd smell, they were clean but with this weird smell, And my room had a window to the elevator opening and it made some weird loud noises every now and then 😅 Also no mini fridge which is essential for cooling a little bottle of water in the hot summer of Spain, though to be fair the room description didn't mention a mini fridge

The bathroom was in real need of modernisation. The tiles were tatty and there was a screw sticking up out of the bathroom floor near the shower door. The aircon unit was very difficult to understand and to operate. Both we and our friedns needed help from reception. Thankfully the receptionist struggled with it too but did not give up until he had got it working.

The bed was very comfy and the staff very helpful.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and the shower seemed old even though it was cleaned. Some noise from outside but no big deal when the windows are closed.

The location is central and the staff are really kind and knowledgeable about the attractions in Granada. The room is quite spacious.
