The noise of room doors when shutting, rather loud bang. The pillow, a choice of more than one would be good. The shower tile was cracked by entrance to bathroom but not a problem. Power of shower could be better but I appreciate water is of a premium ( except when we visited when it did nothing but rain!) I forgot my travel kettle so no drinks other than the small machine in foyer which sometimes had been taken away for cleaning? The young man in reception got us larger cups so the coffee made went further, thank you! Extra chair for comfort would have been good, we were in our room more than we liked due to bad weather. No area in hotel to sit comfortably and read or be in a different location other than room. A small area could be given to this in restaurant area maybe, after breakfast service. This is what I would plan if it was my hotel, but the I guess most guests are usually out for most of the day.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast service by staff. French people arrived later in week, I noticed the breakfast choice developed a little more into apple strudel, which I enjoyed! Comfortable bed (twin room). Beds made daily a treat! Basic but comfortable room.

Even though I booked late in the day and got there late, I got the best room in the house. ( The one in the photo). The room is big, tastefully designed with a Hugh bathrooom and shower and an exit to a roof with great views. The hotel is a little off the busy turistic area and that's a hugh plus in my book, but only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast was rich, fresh, plantyfull and diversed. The staff was the picture of great service, helpfulness and welcoming.

Very friendly and personal staff, incredible breakfast, great room, not huge but with balcony and sights to the Pyrenees, very special bathroom with blue light, to not disturb your melatonin production at night! Fancy urban modern mix. Located quietly in a safe area and 300 meters to the beach and city area. Amazing daily sunsets!

There was no desk, but I assembled one out of the bedside tables. The room had no boiler, so no tea or instant noodles, but there is one downstairs, with tea, coffee and you can use for free.

Really cosy room, lovely view of the mountains. Friendly staff who talks to you kindly (in English/Spanish/French/Catalan) and I borrowed fork and bowl from them to eat my own food all the time :) the wifi is very strong, one can work from the hotel with the best view! Very reasonably priced, especially for 1 person. I also like the location, it's nicely 5-7 minutes away from la rambla by foot, and right next to the mercat so you always have affordable food.

the furniture is new and the room was very clean. The bathroom was quite big and very nice. I was warm welcomed and Check-In was fast and easy. Staff speaks many languages.

It would have been nice to have a place to sit outside on the balcony - a small table and chairs. Also would have liked to have a desk, since I needed to do a little work during my stay. Would have liked to have a good lamp for better lighting (instead of just the overhead lights).

Nice, sunny room with comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom and shower. Friendly hotel with helpful staff. Great, convenient location near bus station, beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
