Breakfast it started off good plenty of choice on Friday Saturday and Sunday but come Monday I went down about I hrs before it closed up and there was very little left dryed up and very cold eggs one roll dry cheese stuck together so was the ham and Tuesday was worse it is a shame breakfast was crap

€15 charge for a drink to be brought to your room is outrageous What happened to ‘ service ‘ We paid €250 a night for a jacuzzi suite and was expected to pay extra for a glass of wine to be brought up and no sun loungers on our private terrace

Our balcony room, with a view of the port was excellent. The staff were very helpful, especially the woman who was at the desk in the morning. ( never got her name). My parents have now booked a stay here in June after our recommendation

Booking.com failed to mention on the app that the hotel swimming pool was closed. Despite a number of messages and proof that it clearly showed the pool was open during our stay. The hotel showed on the booking.com website that the pool is seasonal however I booked through the app which showed it open during our stay. Booking.com are unwilling to acknowledge this is their mistake. Shocking customer service.

Lovely hotel very modern and staff very helpful and friendly. The Spa was exceptionally clean and modern , I went with friends for my birthday and we all had an extremely good time I had the Marine Breeze treatment it was very relaxing and Aurora was very good at looking after me. Breakfast was varied you could have cooked food or a variety of fruits breads cakes. There was a frig and kettle with teas and coffee.Instructions for the parking area made it easy to park right outside the hotel. I will definitely go again.

We had a suite. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small lounge. I was a little disappointed that the lounge was internal, so no windows and no view. But everything else was great.

Check-in was a breeze, quick and efficient. Liked that we could park the car right outside the entrance of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and the views from the balcony were stunning. Slept soundly with the doors to the balcony open, no noise whatsoever. Breakfast was very good, really enjoyed eating outside on the breakfast terrace. Location of the hotel is excellent with many restaurants around the marina, only a short drive to the center of Almeria. All staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again without a doubt.
