The is private fot two, but inside was 2 bunk beds, one of them was above the window, and it's not possible ot close the window. Of the bottom of one of matress was terrible blotch, like a blood, and when you lie on the lower bed it is visible on the upper one. No ventilation in the bathroom. The noise is horrible. All night long! Party in the rooms and corridors and construction repair. Impossible to sleep.

The place of the hostel is very good. Around the hostel are good restaurants, bars, supermarkets. It is good tranport connections. Check-in is quick.

The only thing that made it a little inconvenient for us was the 4.30pm check in time. However, the management was happy for us to leave our bags there when we arrived earlier.

We were looking for a cheap room for our stay in Bilbao, and this one fitted the bill perfectly. Check in was efficiently accomplished, it was nice to have the ensuite bathroom, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The street below was quiet when it mattered. We also liked having the kitchen and small common area. The location was near the centre of Bilbao, and suited us well.

I booked a single room and got a room with four beds, so I didn't get the comfort I expected. Also, I could hear every noise in the corridor, even on the ground floor, even though I was on the third floor, so the acoustics there is terrible.

The hostel owner (i think he is ;D) is very exceptional friendly and a very heartful person. He is very welcoming and always eager to help out the best way he can. The hostel itself is pretty, nicely realized and comes with a very good price-performance ratio compared to other hostels around. My sister and me definetely recommend it and would come back again! Thank you very much:)

The later than most places 4.30pm check-in time was a little inconvenient, but manageable. Other than that, fine.

Loved our little room with bathroom. The location was good, pretty close to transport, and close to supermarkets etc. Easy walking distance to the river. The check-in process was very easy, and the reception was friendly. A basic but functional kitchen and lounge area.

Our entry card didn't work at night so we had to go on our own to a partner Hotel 20 min away to get a new entry card. This is very inconvenient and there should be a better Service (someone should bring the card to the guests, not the way around)

the rooms and bathrooms are tiny; very expensive; not even a kitchen; windows don’t really open because there was a bed in front of it, so the air in the room was very bad; you can hear EVERYTHING through the walls, even the flush of the toilet on the floor above; all in all very disappointing stay

It was loud till 3AM, the bathroom was not clean and the lady on the reception took 25min for the checkin, was not able to make the invoice or hold our baggage at the hotel before checkin that was at 17:00! We had to walk around town for 4h with our baggage and lost one afternoon. I also never received the automatic checkin code!

I was expecting a room with a (double) bunk bed and the room had three, which took nearly all space, making it very awkward to stay there for three nights. The mattresses were too hard, too narrow, too short and not tall enough to even sit.

Silent and peaceful hostel following all Covid19 rules. Exceedingly nice and helpful reception staff. Plenty of plugs in the room to charge your devices.
