Wardrobe door kept hitting the front door which was annoying. Also to get out into the patio it could do with the opening the other way, was hard to open and get out.

Russafa is a lovely area, safe and friendly, however a new bar opened up while we were there and sadly we didn't get any sleep on our last night, there were people making noise in the street til about 3.30am and then again from 6am. In fairness to Moontels, they've done the best they can with this and even provide earplugs. The double glazing is high quality but doesn't keep all the noise out. We were on the first floor so it was probably worse, the upper floors may have been quieter. The other thing to note is that the door code isn't sent until a few hours before check-in for security reasons, which is fine but you do need to make sure you have data roaming or wifi access when you arrive in Spain, so you can receive the message with the code.

The apartment has been so nicely done out, everything feels new and clean. The beds are comfortable too. Although it's small, the attention to detail is great and they've thought of everything (including proper bottle opener, which we often end up having to buy when we're away!) It was really clean and the daily serving was brilliant, even topping up the welcome basket every day, which was much appreciated. The door code system worked really well, and the building felt very safe and secure. The area also felt safe and there are lots of places to eat nearby. It's also well-placed for visiting both the old town and the park, and a short walk to the metro to get down to the beach.

Lovely room, clean, spacious with very good noise isolation. The staff is amazing, great communication and flexibility to our needs. Close to cafes, restaurants & transport - few minutes walk to bus/subway and 15 min walk to city center. Loved it!

The outdoor patio was fabulous; it was lovely to be able to sit outside, and it was private. The kitchenette was very well set up with all the utensils we needed.

Great location of the Rusafa district next to a market where you can buy food. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Well-equipped kitchen. The photos on the website reflect reality. Nice and helpful staff.

Great location - although finding parking was a bit tricky - well worth it to be in Ruzafa and close to the centre. Customer service was super helpful when we had issues with the door code. All in all great value for a night or 1 in Valencia! Compact apartment but with everything you need.

Nitpicking but there wasn’t a smart TV to access YouTube or Netflix.

The apartment was very nice in looks and utilities. Everything needed for a stay; an induction cooker, kettle, pots & pans, plates, cups, cutlery, a microwave and a coffee maker. They offered everything we needed for cleaning and hygiene such as a toothbrush, a sponge and soap for dishes. Things that you would not typically receive from an stay so it was very pleasant to have these utilities and utensils at our disposal. The bed was super comfy and the area was quiet and nice so we were able to get a fantastic sleep during the night. Truly a wonderful stay, would highly recommend and would definitely return! The staff was very helpful with everything. We were able to drop out bags off before and even after our stay. Truly s marvellous experience.

Perfect location although there were a couple of bars outside. I was a bit taken aback to see ear plugs on our bed when we arrived! Thankfully, they weren't required! Cracking welcome pack full of goodies for our first night/morning.

It was a bit too warm in the apartment when we arrived. The heating system in the building is centralized, and though it’s +24C outside and the apartment becomes stuffy and hot, we couldn’t turn on the AC.
