We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom* One member of the reception team was not as "cheerful" as the others! Maybe because everyone else was so helpful & friendly, he stood out!! * Too many balls in the pool (constantly being hit/splashed didn't make it relaxing in the pool). **These are just observations not complaints - they are the only things I can think of that I didn't like!!!**
This hotel was run like clockwork. Almost all of the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The service in the bar and restaurant were excellent and for a hotel bar the prices were cheap. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day. The location was also excellent.

GermanyIt is not the hotel's problem, but every night there were guys, driving noisy motocycles or scooters back and forth on the street nearby.
Location is perfect, the beach is near as well as all shops and restaurants. No noise from entertainers/restaurants was heard in the room. Junior Suite was very spacios, the furniture not very new, but also not worn out. Breakfast we had only one morning, the choice is very good, but we found it too expensive (I guess it costs 9.5 Eur/pp). We don't eat that much in the morning. The staff in the reception was friendly and helping. I also liked the interior of the hotel. They have interesting decorations throughout the hotel. Some may find them kitchy but for me hotel doesn't look boring and steril like others. The pool is OK. Spa and training facilities not used by us, therefore I can't rate.

IrelandA quicker check-in --- both times there were delays in copying our passports and getting our rooms sorted -- when you arrive late, an extra 20 minutes at the desk is too much-- even with a glass of champagne. We just want to get settled in. We would gladly have left our passports at reception, got our keys and sorted the rest in the morning...
The location is very convenient-- to beach, shops, restaurants... and serves lovely food & drinks onsite. We have stayed here twice, and would come again.

The employees at the hotels are all so lovely and super helpful. All the ladies at the reception and people working at the restaurant provided us with great experience and hospitality:D The location is great, walking distance to center and the beach.

We loved Hotel Morito, such a lovely hotel. The staff were great, always very helpful. The breakfast was very nice, lots of variation. Loved the room, great balcony. The hotel is close to everything. And the pool and the terras is really great! You could always get a sun bed.

Great location. Next to shops, restaurants and bars. A 2 minute walk from a beautiful beach! The staff were friendly. It was a lovely hotel and our room was a very good size. It exceeded our expectations, considering it’s only 3*. We will return in the future.

Poland- check in took forever - so many forms to bi filled in - check out took forever, only one person in reception in such a huge hotel at check out hour not a great idea - bed was comfy but everytime i moved it made laud noises - this should be looked into

IrelandChecked in late due to delayed flight and front desk was unprepared-- thought they'd have paperwork and keys ready for those arriving after midnight.
This quirky, bright and clean little hotel has a gorgeous pool area, lots of nice indoor and outdoor seating, a restaurant and bar and evening entertainment. We had a 'suite' for 2 moms and daughters and had plenty of room, plus a full table and chairs and double balcony. It was quiet and I will return again!

United KingdomWe was very unlucky to have two men in the room next door who were shouting and screaming on the balcony every night from 3:30-6:30am. One night they had a party in there room. They threw rubbish onto our balcony. Disappointed that hotel security and staff did not handle the situation and put a stop to it.
