My stay was fantastic! The apartment is incredible, in a beautiful avenue. You can pretty much find anything there! Everything was spotless and well organized. The beds were comfortable, and despite being on a busy street, it calmed down at night. The host was quite friendly and always ready to help. I totally recommend staying here. I will certainly return!

Nothing I can think of.

Everything! Location was great. The apartment itself was clean and bright, in a lovely building with balcony access in all rooms. The bedrooms were cozy and tastefully furnished, beds were very comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen was spacious and fitted with upgraded appliances. The living area was spacious and beautifully appointed with artwork and historical family photographs. Nicely designed bathroom was clean, water pressure and temperature was awesome. Wifi speed was good too and served our needs well. Carlos was very responsive and communicated well and provided great suggestions on where to eat, shop for groceries etc. He was also very thoughtful with little details like providing comfortable slippers and individual water bottles by the bed.

There is nothing bad to say about this place...I will recommend to keep a couple of electrical converters for people traveling from the Americas...good thing I brought mine.

This place is awesome! Great location, close to restaurants(tapas)coffee shops,bus lines and metro(highly recommended). The flat is very confortable for a family of 4. Next trip to Barcelona I will be looking for this one for sure.😊

The location was fantastic, within a mile or so of lots of wonderful bars and restaurants. The flat itself was spacious with a balcony and everything else you could possibly need.

The smaller bedroom has no a/c which, for my family was a little tough. The choice was listen to my husband snore or sweat lol. Def not a deal breaker as everything else was great.

Decently stocked with basic supplies which was appreciated. The apartment was clean as well. The location was amazing as was the layout of the apartment.

Can not think of any issues.

Excellent location for being a tourist. Close to metro to get around the city. Hosts were super. If you are a shopper you will find all high end stores are right there.

Nothing, nada, rien..

We rather keep this fantastic apartment a "secret". It has a great "sex and the city" vibe.. The location; in the high end street of Barcelona with all the nice bars and restaurants around the corner. Not to mention.... the shops. Although you don't really need the kitchen, it's nice to have one in case you wanna stay in. It has everything you need. Bathroom is clean and the mirror lights are so kind.. 😉 Beds are very comfy. A lovely place.. So lovely that we forgot to check out..

We had an absolutely marvellous stay here. The check-in process was extremely smooth, the apartment nicely decorated, equipped with everything one might need, very clean and its location is ideal. Felt really safe in the area, several restaurants and supermarkets close by. Casa Mila and Casa Batllo are within a short walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Due to the proximity to a main avenue, I would recommend to have earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The apartment was at the perfect location for enjoying a long-awaited holiday in Barcelona. It has everything you can possibly need, everything was spotless, the beds were very confortable and the shower was amazing. All the facilities were top quality, but the best touches were the family old photos, the old desk, the intricate wooden bed headboard.

Very hard to find anything I didn’t like. A little bit of train noise in the evening as the city got quieter but that’s about it

Everything. Carlos was amazingly helpful with early check in, bike storage, local information, food advice and quick responses to questions. The apartment was really spacious, had everything you needed, was comfortable and the interior was tasteful and creative. The location was perfect close to all the attractions easy to locate and in a busy but attractive area with trees and a grasses area where I enjoyed listening to dogs and their owners playing in the evenings. Supermarkets and breakfast places close by too.

The shower had some temperature instability, the sink was also a bit clogged but it was quickly fixed after reported! A neighbor was mean to us when we tried to enter the building with him and didn't let us in even when we showed we had the keys.

Very nice apartment, confortable and well decorated, the location was perfect, easy access to public transportation and taxis. The comunication was fast and the flexibility with the check-in was amazing!

A Stunning apartment, with lovely little touches to make our stay incredibly comfortable and homely. Great location, very quiet inside even though located on a busy street. It was also easy to find. The host was a great and met us on arrival, showing us around and giving local recommendations. The apartment was huge and really stylish! I would 100% recommend Mr Serrano Apartments!

Our flight was delayed, but the staff waited for us despite the late hour. The apartment is very close to Diagonal metro station (easy to get to from El Prat airport). We were able to move around the city very quickly (all within the Hola Barcelona card). The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Deposit was returned to the card within a few days after our stay.

We liked everything!

What was there NOT to like?! A lovely, comfortable base in the centre of everything! The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was well appointed, and with everything you could need. It was a very stylish apartment in my opinion, but felt like home, and it’s a good base to go exploring from! The owners had thought of everything you might need and more. The apartment was also immaculately clean. Thanks Mr Serrano Apartments - we’ll be back, and we’ll be recommending it to all our friends.
