Everything about this hotel. We stayed on the ground floor with outside garden area. This was our second night here and would definitely stay again.

We stayed two nights in two rooms only because the hotel was fully booked the first night in room 5 where the shower and toilet is behind a glass door in the bedroom not much privacy (only issue). The second night no issues room on the ground floor with outside garden area and better room layout.

Great place to stay walking distance to all visitors sites. Host Miquel (thanks for a lovely stay) was very helpful and informative of where to visit ie sites to see where to eat etc would highly recommend this hotel.

The owner knows true hospitality at heart, very generous and kind. Attention to detail, lovely smelling towels, high quality pillows I loved it. Perfect location in the city centre. Free coffee and tea, fresh fruits and water. A personal little hotel clean and modern.

The hotel is located in a very beautyful area in the old town with old olive trees in front of it and it is outside and inside a beautiful and lovely hotel, bright, natural and with a great taste of interior! Miquel is a very friendly host who welcomed us with his heartwarming charme and explained us everything we wanted to know. There are fresh fruits, coffee, water, tea... for free to consume at the hotel! Miquel gave us towels for the beach and a water bottle to refill right at the beginning of our stay there are umbrellas for sun and rain to take for free during the stay, a small flat iron and so on. The room is spaceous, fresh, beautiful and the bed is large! We really recommend this lovely and wonderful hotel!

Great location. Really good accommodation: attractive, well-presented and very clean yet also very practical. Loved the thoughtful extras: bag, water bottle, towels and umbrella provided for beach trips. Free coffee, water, fruit available 24 hours. Really good hosting: warm welcome, useful advice and very helpful without being intrusive.

Absolutly nothing. Everything was perfect. Maybe, we would have liked to have a public shower to use the last day (we did the check out at 11am and we leave Menorca at 20pm) so we could spend the day/morning at the beach, but we coudn’t. Even though, there are so many different plans to do in Menorca so that’s what we decide.

The property was excellent, a small house with few very comfortable and pleasant rooms. When I was looking for a place to stay, that was what I like the most. Then, when we arrived there and we met Miquel and Sara, the owners of the house, the value of this incredible property increase so much. They are very friendly and hospitable. They were always in contact with us to know if we needed something else. The attention received were very excellent.

I like that the hotel is great by itself but still goes an extra mile to make your stay even better: beach bag with towels and water, fruits at the reception, handpicked guide to local restaurants and attractions, and staff was just great and ready to help at any point.

No complaints! Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Murada Hotel! The location is great and central, our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable and Miquel was super helpful throughout our stay. We loved all the little details like the amazing coffee machine, the complementary fruits, beach kits, umbrellas, reusable water bottles…etc. Great attention to detail!

Property does not offer parking which proved to be a bit of a hassle on the weekend. Fortunately, Miquel had info on parking options and how to get to them. Also, we were lucky that all guests were mindful of others and did not make much noise. The rooms/doors are not well insulated/sound proof. Inconsiderate guests could present challenges if you’re looking to catch some 💤

Prior to my arrival to the property, I had some internet/comms issues that prevented me from timely communication. I also did not know the exact time of my arrival. Fortunately, Miquel was very understanding and accommodating. The property is well managed and designed with environment/sustainability in mind. Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is fantastic. The property feels more like a home than a hotel, which was definitely to our liking.

great hotel that I highly recommend! The room was very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. Hot drinks and fruit were available at the entrance for our convenience. The location is perfect for enjoying the city and the bus station is a 10 minute walk away.

Having to leave! Someone said a full length mirror would be a great addition but honestly, not an issue.

Let me begin by saying I don't normally leave reviews, but when I was about to book this place I was hesitant because there were no reviews or rating so felt a bit risky. I just want to reassure future travellers because there is soooo much to love about it (plus it's in prettiest city of the most beautiful island!). First of all location is unbeatable right in the centre of Ciutadella and less than 10 min away from everything including bus stops (we didn't have a car). We had the room with a little patio which was soooo nice to chill at the end of the day. The rooms and hotel is beautifully decorated and everything is new (but keeping the Menorcan personality), great mattress, different pillows, etc. But what makes this place so top is Miguel and all the little details like providing a beach kit, free fruit and water and all the amazing suggestions he gives you upon arrival. We are very frequent travellers (in non pandemic times) and this is a place we will 100% be back. Side note: it also felt super covid safe!
