It is very well equipped. Location is excellent. It is cozy and pretty. Communication with the host was very good.The home-made tapas restaurant in the corner is a must!

The doors creak terribly, which is complicated when you go with the child who falls asleep early and you still need to use the doors. All the furniture is old. The electrical installation is sensitive, you cannot put 2 radiators in the socket because the fuse blows. You cannot air the master bedroom, because of the smell from an inner courtyard. A rather dark apartment, the sun doesn't come in.

The location is close to the city center. It is a quiet flat. We didn’t have problems with the doorbell as it says in other reviews. The staff is helpful.

Wonderful apartment! Wonderful host! Our stay at the Musico Art Flat was one of our favorites. The apartment was very comfortable and modernized. It’s location is excellent and within easy walking distance to most places we wanted to see. There is a small restaurant just around the corner called the Brunch Corner that served delicious coffee, cakes, breakfast and lunch. Julie, the host was very helpful and responsive. The one small issue that came up, she handled quickly and professionally. Julie was even kind enough to go out of her way to return an important item that my wife accidentally left behind. We would love to return to this flat when we come back to Valencia! Thank you Julie for an amazing stay!

The checkin instructions are incomplete. This is one listing for 2 apartments and no clear info is given at any time about which apartment you are checking into. I literally had to call and ask. The lady gave me 2 codes of entry for the lockbox. She also didn’t know which was my apt. When she double checked, she’s confirmed apt 1. But when I went in, 3 guys were staying there and had been there for a while and clearly weren’t going anywhere. I had to call back - and was told to wait in apt 2. Eventually, they realized that the guys were meant for 2 but took 1 instead - presumably bc they were also got given both codes and picked the bigger apt to stay at. It took 5 hours to resolve. Meantime, my daughters and I had to change our plans (one of which was rest bc we’d been up since 3:30 travelling). We eventually were able to get into our apt around 6:30pm and watched as the cleaner finished the job. The owner texted me to apologise and to tell me she’d compensate for this gross confusion but I never heard from her again- got no compensation - and she never even checked to see if all was well once I did move in. They made a bunch of excuses as to why this happened but honestly - 2 apt should mean 2 separate listings. It’s not the travellers responsibility to make it easy for the host.

The apartment is nice and well equipped. Great location if you don’t have a car. If you do have a car, the parking is only 200 meters away but will cost you 25€ a day

The owner did not tell us that building work was taking place on the building itself and nearby next the the square. That's why I have given the host a low score. I was woken by banging to discover plaster being removed from walls in the stairwell, the noise, dust and smell was very intrusive. I feel the host should have told us and given us the option to make alternative arrangements. Moreover, the neighbours above were very noisy and there is virtually no sound-proofing between floors. The neighbours opposite at the back also made noise late at night. There was drilling noise from the large-scale building works next to the square too! Music from the local park concerts could be overheard. Opposite is a nightclub undergoing refurbishment, which will add to the general cacophony when re-opened!

This was a fair sized room with two bedrooms off; it is quite aesthetically pleasing. I didn't use the kitchen so cannot comment on whether things worked or not. If you are a keen walker, then this is walking distance to the central area. The local tapas bar is good and very friendly. Have a chilled beer there! The shower worked fine.
