I loved everything there. It was the best hotel I have ever lived in. Super quiet, palace-like yet comfy and homey. It had a unique atmosphere that evoked respect and contemplation. If I am ever back to La Laguna, this place will be my only choice to stay in. My special complements and regards to Oliver, who is a great professional and a very friendly person.

The situation was good for exploring the area. We have stayed before in a different apartment of Nava suits and enjoyed it equally. Would recommend it.

Luggage unloading / loading was difficult with limited parking nearby.

The house was charming - historic, with beautiful entries, large hallways, and an attractive courtyard. The rooms were clean and very spacious. The bathrooms were pristine. The location was perfect - many shops and restaurants in the wonderful old part of the city are within a short walk.

The fact we only stayed the one night was the downside!😁.... seriously though it is a working city (as is the old town)...so the fact that the casa was untouched (window's,shutters etc) meant that the traffic noise started around 7.00 am....but hey, that meant you could arise early, enjoy the sun and prepare to explore the area👍

Superb location in this historic city...the casa itself was stunning and full of interesting points..the bed was super comfortable, the apartment was super clean and the sun terrace (room 10) was an added bonus that left us amazed considering the apartment cost!.. lot's of reading material regarding the area was also available...all and all it kinda of took you back to when the casa was first built...a stunning find 👌

There is a bus stop outside so occasional traffic noise from early in the morning.

We were in the Torreon Suite which was extremely spacious and comfortable and had a lovely roof terrace with views across the old town. The location was fantastic for exploring the old town, the tram to Santa Cruz and good value parking at Las Quinteras. The hosts recommended lots of places for dinner and breakfast and as a result we had great dinners at La Hormiga and Guaydil and breakfast at the Museo Cayetano cafe.

There was a coffee machine in the kitchen and there were only 2 coffee pods. 2 people for 2 nights , certainly not enough coffee. We asked for more but unfortunately they were not delivered. However when contacting the owners we were told we could have 2 free coffees at a nearby restaurant. I do think that, as the price of these pods is very low the owners should put in more .

The very central location of the one of the most beautiful towns in the Canaries. Suite we had was nicely designed, huge size, space for work and fireplace. Historically looking building added some charm to our stay. One of the most important things in the winter is the heating, we had it here but it's not usual in Canaries.

2 tea bags and 2 coffees seemed a bit mean in my opinion. There are no supplies in the kitchen, like oil or salt, so no basics can be relied upon if you want to cook.

Spacious and full of character. The building is incredibly beautiful and stylish. You really feel in the lap of luxury. The apartment is right in town. We had a lovely, friendly welcome.

We were there for 3 nights, we stayed at room 5 which is close to the street and main city square. every morning at 8am there is a protest on the main square, and you are awake! It was really annoying . So make sure you take earplugs with you , or you chose a room in the other side of the building, I think they have some . This was really sad , but we still had really good time in the hotel !

Amazing beautiful rooms and building itself ! Make sure to check the garden , it is beautiful. It is located in the very center close to everything in la laguna . There is a public parking 2 mins walk from the hotel. There is a fridge and microwave , some tea and coffee, which was super handy !

The bathroom light is very sterile. The fan way to loud. I just left the light off in the bathroom. Just a small thing: There are no cups or so to put your tooth brush in.

The suite was amazing! I loved those high ceilings, the chandelier, and the hallway leading to the suite. There is a coffee machine in the room. You get two bottles of water at arrival. I don't watch TV on my holidays but if you do, the TV is an amazing large size. Very nice warm lights everywhere besides the bathroom.
