Very bad business for the money. I Know that was a last minute booking but has to exist some limits. I've paid more than 50 eur pwr night to be in a mix dormitory with 8 people . The question is that the dormitory was small, without any space to manage my personal belongings unless the locket under the bed. The access to.the locket is very difficult due the few space between beds!! Bathroom not clean during the afternoon and night

Showers could have been hotter; water took a while to warm up; shower water flow is on a timer, which keeps needing pressing, and is inconvenient. The rooftop terrace potentially has good views, but these have been blocked off by wooden fencing.

Nice place to stay. Private room with shared bathroom. Small room, but everything you'd need for a good stay. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Convenient location; 5min walk from the cathedral.

It is very noisy in the rooms. People (mostly French and other nationalities) are walking in the corridors late at night and talking loudly and you can hear everything in the rooms. It was very difficult to regulate the water in the shower - one moment it was ice cold and the next it was boiling water.

The hostel has an issue with water. On the 4th floor where i stayed was no cold water, in the bathrooms and shower rooms was running only hot water. After complaining, i got instructions to use the bathroom on other floors.... Everything would have been solved, but on the other floors (2th and 3th) was NO hot water in the bathrooms...As the hostel commented in the comments, you have to wait until the water is warm enough....so I waited almost an hour, and the water never warmed up. Such a disappointment.

The location is perfect. Hostel is situated almost in the city center, so 10 minutes on foot is enough to get to the main attractions. Also the stuff is friendly.

Rooms were very small, and way too many people for such a small room. Some rooms smelled bad, bathrooms smelled bad.

It's not a complaint per se but maybe adding a curtain to the bed would just give a sense of bit more privacy to the person.

Staff being absolutely friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect....accessible to every transport in the city. Cleanliness is nice. And the per day living cost is just nice.

The bedside lights would ideally be smaller and more flexible so that you don't blind others in the room when you turn your light on

I did not like that I could not enter in hostel in the middle of the night...so I needed to wait for the staff to show up and I called them on the phone...and finally some person show up and I entered. I prefer to have some card to enter into hostel

Very noisy, making it hard to sleep, no sound isolation in private rooms. Not great bathroom, shower with hot water problems

Women hair in the bed sheets, rooms are not isolated and you listen everything happening in the building, they don't close the common area at night and there's people partying and playing pool at 2am in week days, couldn't sleep properly any night, what is more amazing is the staff see that as a normal thing

Staff is not helpful at all, they do the complete minimum. Old bunker, without AC/heater in the dorm. Be careful no internet at all in the room, only by the reception. Plus the lift was not working. Won't recommend it even for a night

Great location (safe and close to attractions, restaurants) and value! Easy walking to anywhere in historic downtown core. We had a private room with shared bathroom, no issues with shower or bath not being available. Rooms were comfy and clean. 24 hour staff at desk. There is an elevator, which is not always common for Europe!

I missed having an own bathroom, but since it was always clean, there were no problems with this hostel at all.

We really liked the staff and the dorm-vibe of the Hostel. We stayed in a twin-room and everything was fine. Cozy bed and nice view. The bathroom was always clean and there were no worries at all. :) I would recommend it! Nice location.

It's very very basic and exhausted, wifi is a disaster. You all know that South Europe is not famous with great hostels so this just could be a kind of standard but far from good. Too short bed, AC controller is locked - you have access only to on/off button but not to change the temperature. Won't book again.

Location is perfect, staff is OK, price is OK.
