Parking requires going by lift and it is a bit narrow to maneuver with a bigger car.

Parking, beach access, the view, apartment super spacious and, the cherry 🍒 on the cake, the service. Tatiana was really helpful. They even bought a can opener when I realised there was none and I needed one. They react almost immediately.

As its more a residential block neighbours did complain about the noise as we were talking on the balcony past 10pm

Unfortunately you can’t really see the sea when sitting on the balcony, you have to sit right at the edge and this side gets no sun at all, you are facing all the apartments in the adjacent block which can feel a little intrusive at times but no problem really as you are right next to the beach anyway

Not necessarily about the property itself but transportation into the city was more difficult than expected. No quick access to metros or buses so had to take a taxi each time and they were not quickly accessible; that being said Tatiana was able to call us a taxi and that was extremely helpful!

Right on the beach with access to bicycles and the beach bar right in front. Felt very safe with only access to the property by key. Tatiana was wonderful in explaining everything and very helpful with questions.

For those that want to be in the city centre, this isn’t the best option. However, as someone that’s been to Valencia several times, this was a much more laidback way to experience the city and especially the beach.

A modern, clean, airy, comfortable apartment right on the beachfront. It had all the amenities we needed (and more), and had a great balcony with views of the sea.

Tatiana met us at the apartments and welcomed warmly. The area is quiet and located right at the sea shore where you can enjoy remarkable sunrises (if you get up early :) ) The apartment itself is spacious, bright, neat and cozy.

Apartment is spacious and really nice designed. Very helpful staff. Great central location - Restaurants nearby. The apartement has everything you need for a few days stay, was large, clean, modern, and even had a really nice kitchen.

Tatiana is a fantastic host. She met us outside with the keys, and showed us how to get our car into the car elevator, then led us into the unit. She was great about explaining things, and being attentive to our needs. As for the location: It was essentially right on the beach.

Just a recommendation: an option to have beach towels to use.

Comfortable and tidy appartment with the beach basically on the doorstep. Eventhough our host couldn't speak English she did great by using Google translate to help and answer all our questions.
