Quite small rooms .. neither of us slept well… seemed a little claustrophobic in rooms. Area at coffee maker/ kettle and safe not user friendly at all .

Just a small thing, a console table or shelf beside a mirror in the room would've been handy for putting makeup on when getting ready, as the sink/vanity unit in bathroom ia quite compact.

This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in which did not have a bedside locker or shelf!! While there's a large wardrobe, there are no shelves available to hold shirts, underwear etc.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance of most of the sights of Valencia. Very close to metro from the airport. Breakfast was very good and was generally well stocked up. Decor was very nice, bed was very comfortable.

No iron available in the room. The room is small.

There is Nescafé expresso machine and teapot in the room. The king bed is large with high quality mattress. Very good location on main street with chic shops, near shopping mall and next to the old town. Access to the beach and museum of science by direct bus lines. There are two direct subway lines to the airport with the station which is a couple of minutes from the hotel ( but we paid $19 Euro for a taxi). The front desk staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Our room was a bit dark with only one window. A bit noisy as I am a light sleeper, it was located at the front of the hotel, my fault for not requesting a quiet room! Reception staff did their best to relocate us but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, and the room available was a downgrade and not to our liking.

Excellent location, fabulous breakfast, very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend. Issue with our room which was solved very quickly and politely. Fabricio, front of house as well as reception staff were excellent!

High standard rooms. comfortable bed, lots of utilities in the room and bathroom to make the stay comfortable. The hotel was in a good situation.

The staff were exceptional although the breakfast staff could have smiled a little. I felt well looked after. Nothing for the front desk receptionist s was too much pleasure. Excellent.

The piano bar had events on for two nights we were there ,so not possible for us to have a quiet drink. No view from rooftop bar,it closed at 6.

Great location for the city. Its possible to walk to most areas. A metro or taxi ride to museum of Sciences , Aquarium and the beach. A quiet hotel with boutique feel. Nice decor in the bedroom and piano bar.A fabulous big bed. Good breakfast cafe next door.

Good location. It’s very near the historic area.there are department store and supermarket and several 24h parking lots nearby .Of course,the hotel has its own parking lot .The room is lovely .

Room around bed was tight.

Dinner at the piano bar was exactly what we needed after a long busy day. Caesar salads, sangria and yummy cheesecake. Plus our bartender, waiter, server was more than welcoming. A great ambassador for the hotel and city.
