Great hotel for a one night stay in Santander - Easy to get to via airport bus then walk (albeit uphill) - if you had luggage a taxi probably best but we just had small rucksacks - clean and comfortable - football match the night we stayed so could hear some celebrating after the match but nothing awful and still had a great sleep after walking about 10 miles around Santander ! We easily walked to bus station to get a bus to Bilbao following day (90 minutes journey)

The park isn't big enough and can't be reserved so if you arrive late and the park is full you need to park in a public park at the end as explained in the booking but this park is tricky to enter and is a bit too narrow inside. Also the rooms are very nice but the walls are thin I was able to listen to the person in the room close to mine playing at the phone and a lot of time we wake up with other people arriving their rooms so if you have a soft sleep be aware.

The staff was really nice and helpful, always ready to make us feel at home. The location is great since you are close to everything and is great for going out and eating and also visiting the center of the city.

The double windows didn't fit properly. A bit noisy at the weekend since the area has a lively night life. However it didn't bother us too much, as we used earplugs to avoid usual disruption from other guests in corridors, etc.

Friendly staff. The bedroom had a good size with very comfortable beds. Very good location, perfect to walk everywhere. We did not get the breakfast buffet as there were several options nearby. Having a Kettle and a coffee machine in the bedroom was a lovely detail. We definitely recommend it and we'll come back on our next visit to Santander.

The room was fairly small but good value for money.

The location is great. A few minutes walk to the bar area and promenade. Onsite parking is very affordable. Very clean room.

The location is very central and also in my case accommodated a small dog. Excellent breakfast choice and service with a smile 😊. Car parking is available but spaces are very tight. Good choice and value.

Parking: used the covered car park as lots of luggage in the car. Very tight for space all round, entrance, spaces & turning room. Fully occupied so amazing there were no scrapes.

Quite a musty/damp smell in our room.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The location is great! We chose this hotel as it is dog friendly and it did not disappoint. Secure parking available. As others have said, the outdoor parking area is small and the entrance very narrow - take care or ask staff for help should you need it. We managed fine as we arrived early so there were only a few cars parked. Luckily we had day light, room to manoeuvre & could pick a suitable space for our vehicle.

Parking abit of an issue. Spaces in hotel car park very tight but got one. Lots of cars on every street very busy. Hotel at the top of a steep climb. Wouldn’t suit everyone.

Fabulous room, complete with private balcony. There were bowls and a really comfy dog bed for our antiquated hound! Hotel is situated in shopping/restaurant area of town. We had fantastic meal at Mexican opposite. Great value and food was fab, especially for veggies, like me. Breakfast was a real treat with many local items Staff were courteous, very helpful & professional.

Stayed numerous times on our return to the UK by ferry....the hotel is always clean with good twin rooms and ensuite; friendly reception staff and car parking. Close to some restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the main shops alongside the sea. Pet friendly. Breakfast is good.

€25 for our very small dog for one night is well above what we pay in other similar hotels. Should be €10.
