The unfriendly receptionists: a female who sniggered at my Spanish and a man who stayed at his desk behind the counter and, some distance away, waiting for me to call over to him! The distance into the centre of Valencia. Very limited cereals for breakfast.

The room, bed and shower were small (never seen shower this small in my entire life!) Essentials provided were basic and no hair conditioner

The hotel clearly needs updating. The reception and breakfast area is so nice and then you go up to the old corridors and rooms and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls and the bathrooms have a weird design.

The staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was nice!

You could hear people in the adjoining rooms, talking, taking a shower and filling the bath, annoying when they came in late or early risers.

Room window opened into inner atrium. Had to keep window closed due to privacy and talking from other rooms echoed in.

There was a great cafe on the nearby corner. Front desk staff Carmen and Slyvia were very helpful. Close to Metro, so easy to get into centre of city, or 30mins walk. For each night you didn't get room serviced, you received a drink voucher.

Room is small, very dusty underneath bed and at this stay my view was a blank wall. Airco system outdated and key of unpleasant smell.

Super friendly staff everywhere. From desk, to waiting staff, to cleaning staff. Perfect. Location is OK, fairly easily reachable, but harder to get to later at night. Large bathroom. Super breakfast. Price is right for what this hotel can offer.

Shower base flooded quickly but was not such a problem if you have quick showers. Thin walls which is common in Spain in older properties.

Good location easy public transport by metro and bus into city and 15 min walk to beach. Every day cleaning to a high standard. Single room was small but adequate. I asked for a quiet room and most nights were very restful.

Rooms aren’t very well isolated, there was one instance were I could hear the guest in the neighbouring room shaving his beard with a trimmer. The sound was so clear that it was like the guest was in my room. Walls are thin and there is also a small gap under the access door, which allows light in at night as well as being a source of noise when another guest walks by or is talking while in the corridor.

Great location close to Ayora metro station, which allows you to be in the city centre in about 5-10 minutes. Rooms are clean and although interiors could use an update, everything was fine. Staff were helpful and very kind, definetely could not fault them!

The location and access to getting around was a little further out then expected.

I was given a twin single room, when I had asked for a double, but they changed it immediately when I went back to reception and asked.

I liked the breakfast and the small bar for starting and ending the day.
