Amazing location, stunning apartment with absolutely everything you need for a great holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped plus there were additional touches like a coffee.machine, lovely glasses and crockery and even a wine cooler. There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach plus racket ball bats and balls. Aitor our host was fantastic in the run up to our holiday...Great communication and nothing was a bother. The 31 bus stops right outside the apartment and goes straight into the heart of the city centre. There were loads of lovely restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk from the apartment. I am very much looking forward to a return visit.

There was nothing that annoyed me only the loose cover on the black leather couch kept sliding off.This was only a minute observation.

Location was super for the beach. Consum supermarket was close by and had everything you needed. The host was available always to answer any questions. The apartment had everything we needed, excellent cooking facilities and cupboards full with spices, oils, vinegars, teas and lots more. There was a generous supply of detergents and towels also which is most unusual. The little coffee machine was perfect and there was also a supply of capsules for it. We replenished what we felt was appropriate but this apartment had everything we needed including a good hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel.Netflix was useful too - it was like home away from home. Our host was most accommodating and organised our tax,i as we left it to the last minute on the night of a football final in the city😨 This accommodation allowed us have a Non Stress week in the sun with a beautiful beach across the road and a well maintained and supervised pool as part of the complex. This area is so, so quiet, not a sound interfering with your sleep. Thank you so much Atior- you are a super host😁👏

This has been the best rental apartment I've been to so far in Valencia. Aitor, the owner, met us on arrival to explain and show everything to us. What a lovely guy. You can contact him any time if you have any questions. Nothing is too much trouble. You will find everything you need in the apartment (and i mean EVERYTHING!). Quiet, clean and comfortable. Fantastic area with good public transport and services. Highly recommended! Thanks Aitor! We will come back.

It was a bit unexpected that the second bathroom is on the top floor. But you can get used to it

Literally everything. Great location - bus stop and 20 mins you are in city center; shops - 5 mins walking; wonderful seafront. Aitor (the host) assists in every question: taxi, what location to visit, how to get anywhere, restaurants, shops, print, transport tickets… I just noticed that all questions are not related to apartment as it is excellent.

The parking spot is a bit tight, have to park very close to a column. I was lucky the next parking lot was never occupied. Some of the furniture is in need of replacement or fixing: the sofa is patched in several places and not that neatly, some chairs are a bit wonky and screws fell out from under them.

Very close to the beach promenade, with views of it from the balcony. Supermarkets and small fruit&vegetables shops within easy walking distance. Comfortably furnished, with useful complete kitchen. Free private underground, secure parking. Nice and useful balconies/terraces. Good communication with the host. Clean. The blinds are perfect, the bedroom goes completely dark for a good rest.

The apartments totally met our expectations. Clean, convenient, cosy and safe. There's everything you may need there, fully equipped, to every single detail. A very good supermarket in walking distance. Bus station right near the property. Aitor is one of the best hosts I've met (we travel often). There was no communication problems, he was always eager to help with an advice or whatever; provided detailed information on the property, city and surroundings - that helped much! When we arrived, he showed the apartments and answered all our possible questions, really took care we felt good there. We contacted him several times during out stay in Valencia, and always received immediate response. Thank you for that, that's much appreciated! Though the property is not in the city center, but it is located near the vast sandy Patacona beach. So, we enjoyed walking there. Meanwhile, there's no problem with going to the city, old town with public transport. Bus service is very convenient, multiple routes are available.

I think, that in kitchen (inside cabinets and drawers) should be more cleaner, also the kitchen equipment, but kitchen is very well equipped.

Aitor is very kind and helpful! He doesn't have problem with any of our demands, bring us extra mattresses and when we had a problem with a sink, he comes immediately.

All about it was great!

The apt is located about 5 min waling from the beach in a large complex with an awesome pool for all ages ( with a lifeguard on duty) and closing at 10 pm The apt is located at the 8th floor, with a terrace and a full bath over there and with great views of the sea and of the Valencia port. Two elevators are super fast getting you up and down. The pt is large, super clean and equipped with pretty much all you need ( including a dishwasher, washer and dryer- essential when you go to the beach with small kids). Kitchen also has everything you need, including spices, oil, sugar, salt. There was a bottle of wine and cookies waiting on us when we got there - super sweet welcome gift. Aitor was super easy to communicate with, gave us a zillion of tips, and at the check in you will receive a link with super useful information regarding pretty much everything: restaurants, food, bus info. We had an electric issue, one of the fuse burning out and by early am, it was fixed! Aitor also provided us with a beach umbrella, chairs and 4 beach towels. We also got plenty laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, soap, TP, shampoo, shower gel. The complex is really 3 steps away from the 31 bus station and the bus takes you in the old city. It runs back until 10:30ish, but double check with the bus drivers. Overall, we loved it and we hope to come back!
