The laundry machines were being replaced, so they were only partially accessible. We didn't like the hard sell of local establishments by the receptionist upon our arrival. We hated the bathroom faucet. It was motion sensored and only stayed on if your hand was underneath. It was difficult to brush our teeth.

The entire premise was exceptionally clean. We loved the rooftop terrace.

Parking in Seville is an issue... we visited three times and always parked our car on the edge of town and walked to our place. Very inconvenient but not the fault of the places we stayed.

After 4 months traveling, this was one of our favorite places. The location in the center of Seville is perfect--right next to wonderful shopping streets and an easy walk to major sites, but a few feet off the street so a little quieter. Beautiful, comfortable, large rooms and excellent facilities. It has the charm of an old building (the outer shell) but is all redone and new inside, with large, new bathrooms, totally clean spaces, a pool on the roof, etc. The price was higher than others we stayed at in Seville but if you don't mind the cost you will not regret staying here.

The property was lovely, couple of small things, Advertised washer and dryer but these were not available when we stayed. We used a nearby laundromat to dry our clothes. We got a couple of coffee pods for our three day stay, we asked for two extra coffee pods as it was a specific machine) and while they were given to us, got the impression we should not be asking. It is the small things sometimes/

Beautifully located apartment, with rooftop pool. This apartment was well located and very spacious, had lovely room with dining area and lounge and ensuite. It was lovely and very comfortable, showers were great. We parked at APK2 which had a daily rate but was 1.1 km away, relatively easy walk.

nQn Apartments and Suites Sevilla was absolutely awesome! The room and private bathroom were great, and the decor was so beautiful. The queen bed was comfortable and firm. The kitchenette would have worked nicely for your own simple cooking if you stayed several days. Unfortunately, we did not leave enough time to thoroughly enjoy the rooftop, but it was amazing. The pool and furnishings were beautiful, and the view was really nice. The hosts were extremely helpful and informative. They also provided a locked storage closet for us to leave our luggage on checkout day before it was time for us to leave town. The location was truly convenient and perfect for anything you want to do in the old town area of Sevilla. We were able to walk to a small grocery, to Real Alcazar, to restaurants, shops, etc. And it was very easy to grab a taxi for anything further. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a good place in Seville.

Everything was great.

We really enjoyed our staying. Staff very professional and fluently english-speaking, recommanding places Worth seeing, very helpful. Pool on the top of the building was great! It has very nice view of the city.

One thing that would be helpful would be to have a dresser or a table in the bedroom with the double bed/king bed.

We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment that had 2 full bathrooms. It was amazing--just as it looks in the photos. Very modern, clean, and well-stocked. Great location--safe, easy to walk to cafes and restaurants. Front desk was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. When we checked, in, Andreas was extremely friendly and helpful--he gave great suggestions for restaurants, a flamenco show, and how to navigate the city during Holy Week/Semana Santa.

Very nice location in the heart of the city, close to all the things you want to see. Apartment was very clean and luxurious, with all facilities present you need! We were traveling with a family of 6.

The rooftop pool is perfect but not heated.

A very pleasant receptionist with a good sense of humor met us and described in details tops of the city. Perfect Apartment - clean, well equipped, high cieling, comfortable. Good location. Hope to come back some day.

- The washroom blind was very thin and there was a gap between the blind and the window. We weren't sure if people could see through gaps or thinking blinds.

- Exactly like the photos - Spacious - Very close to imp sightseeing - Restaurant and supermarket options downstairs - Extremely helpful staff. We got a map, explanation on where we are and where to go, some discount coupons for food, restaurant and tapas recommendations, and the list keeps going.
