Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lovely small hotel in the old Town , steps away from Tapas Alley , couple of minutes down to the beachfront . Room was nice , very clean and modern , didn’t have any issue with the glass bathroom as some guests have commented . Check in was great , polite friendly staff - would definitely stay here again

SpainThe hotel was in a perfect location close to everything. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We parked the car 5 minutes away in a free parking space (white zone) and left it there until we moved on. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

SpainThe only setback is parking but the positives of the hotel itself and location is worth the walk to the car parking. You can drop off everything at the hotel door and then go for looking for parking.. Off season you have a chance of street parking - June to September, difficult.
The staff were all very friendly and Ovi so helpful. The room was exceptionally clean one of the cleanest, modern rooms I have ever stayed in a Benidorm hotel. The location to the seafront was great and with good restaurants, bars, shops well within walking distance. We took our 7 kg dog and he was welcomed. There is a charge but there is everywhere nowadays. There is also Netflix and Amazon TV plus the Aircon cold and hot actually worked.
