I had checked before booking thar the resturant would be open when we checked we were told restuarand could only serve sandwiches or a burger to late to get another hotel so get a taxi into uto valdepenas we did find an excellent restuarant my son said it was the best steak he had ever had. The worst thing was that the new shower cubicle was draining the water out into the bathroom and then running int,o the bedroom they did ruit all up and gave me mote tolwels. It is fine for a stop and would have been OK if the restuarant had served its stated menu.

Pit stop stay for us on a road trip through Spain - location is fab at the side of the main road. But definitely ask for a road facing to the back of the property.. We had one of those and slept wonderfully as it was super quiet, but other reviews here who faced the road say otherwise! Staff really helpful and got a nice breakfast and dinner there too. Very clean too! Ok for a night but location may be a bit random if staying longer.

The restaurant was closed , which was a shame .

Travelling through Spain we wanted a night stop close to the motorway. E hotel is right on the motorway but the access is not easy . We were travelling north and came off at 197km sign but the hotel was the other side of the motorway. Sat nav was no help as the address is KM 197 . We had to travel a long service road , cross a bridge , get back onto the motorway and then access the slip road to the hotel. A better explanation of how to find the hotel is needed .

Good vibes coming from staff, neat communication in advance, because we arrived late. Next to the car road but on the side where our room was, it was completely silent. So slept very well. Clean bathroom, big beds with nice mattresses. Had a short but lovely stay. Would recommend!

All of it was disgusting

No staff ..freezing cold and no hot drinks.They left soon as we arrived and went off to celebrate new year ..if we been 10 mins late would not got in.The worse thing was going to use hand tiwel find it covered in poo..we never got chance to complain as no staff and large group men talked outside our room till 6am in the morning..If been any staff would asked for my money back.

Bathroom really filthy!! If there is anything I hate it is this. The tap was just clean on top - if you looked underneath it was full of disgusting splatters. The floor full of hair. Come on!! The doors are not really soundproof - you hear the people in the other rooms!!

Just easy to stop by the side of the road on my way south... Crashing for the night - nothing more....

The sign on the desk said the restaurant would be open for dinner as did the website for the hotel but we were disappointed when this wasb not the case. It would be helpful if the sign on reception was accurate as there were no staff present in the evening

It's directly next to the highway, therefore a bit noisy. The water in the toilet was running in both rooms and the view wasn't very nice, but for one night it was fine.

The room was clean and ready, with the heating on. It's quite well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Luckily, they gave us the rooms facing towards fields, not the highway. The hotel staff were welcoming and polite.
