Sadly not been able to use the spa facilities as both times I arrived late at night and had to leave early in the morning.

Staff are friendly. I have stayed there twice.

Location was convenient. Parking garage was easily accessible. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. It’s a basic hotel with great value

It was all good.

The staff were very helpful in having and explaining maps they had of the city and the points of attraction. The spa was awesome with massaging jets around the pool. We didn't get into the pool until after sitting in the sauna. The pool felt really good then. The hotel is located fairly centrally between the river and old town. The river walk was very scenic and we visited the one of the two hot springs that was open. Two of them were closed because the river was running high and flooded them. The old town had a number of tapa bars and restaurants where we enjoyed local favorites. The hotel staff also told us about a place for star gazing which we walked to and enjoyed even though it was a 630 feet climb of 1 mile. We would recommend a visit to this hotel and town anytime.

Really nothing that could be altered but there is a steep slope p to the Main Street which was tiring for the older members of the party (80+) If we visit again we may have to choose a different hotel for that reason.

We liked the location near to interesting areas of the city. Reception was very helpful and friendly. There is also a useful food store opposite. The spa was absolutely excellent.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, but comparing it to other four star hotels, the amenities were a little sparse - an iron and ironing board would be a good addition, there was very little hanging space.

The spa was a terrific experience and very good value.

Room was narrow. Not enough comfortable space for clothing and belongings, e.g. lacking clothes and towl hooks in the bathroom.

Staff not always at their desk. Had to wait for a while when I checked in. Other than that, they were kind and polite. Also bear in mind the additional charges for using the spa. Didn't find them abusive but it doesn't come with the stay.

The spa in the hotel is alright. More like a jacuzzi type of setting. The rooms were clean, brand new decoration, good elevator. Not easy to park nearby, they have an agreement with a car park nearby for extra charge. Good location 2min away from the restaurants and bars in the historic center of the city as well as touristy areas. Not a bad place to stay.

I did drive past the hotel first time round as it is discretely signed at night.

I arrived late at night and was welcomed. Great restaurant almost next door. Hotel clean, comfortable and very new.

I was saddened to be charged €65 to use the pool for only a few mins each day (I was also double charged twice on one day for no reason). One would think being a fully paying guest at the hotel for four nights, at a higher nightly rate than other hotels in the area, one would be allowed use the very small pool once per day for a short time.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The self-service breakfast was generous and had a good selection.

Staff were really helpful, rooms spacious and very clean with comfy beds. Only five minutes walk from the old city, with lots of great places to eat and drink. The hotel spa is lovely - we were the only btwo people using it, so it was very relaxing. Its also easy to access the spa trail, although only Outariz is open at present. Will definitely be back, very relaxing break. Thanks

The walls were a bit thin. You could listen to your neighbours opening and closing doors.

Perfect location. If you arrive to the city by car. The hotel provides a parking garage nearby for 12€/day.
