Sound traveled really well from bedrooms and public areas. It was very noisy even though hotel far from full.

Large room, seating area. Unexpected sea view - amazing. Bathroom had a lovely shower, bath and 2 basins. Very spacious. Comfy, large single beds.

No restaurant for evening meals in the week. Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one gentleman. There was a large fly in the breakfast room on both days we were there which landed on food which was not covered.

Location. Breakfast was quite substantial but limited hot food We had the junior suite which was comfortable but some rooms were not big enough to swing a cat in. Secure underground carpark.

Found it difficult to adjust the temperature in the room as it was very warm overnight and setting the thermostat to a lower point didn't seem to make any difference Would have liked the ability to make tea in the room or have facilities we could use

The rooms are spacious and comfortable The staff were really helpful and friendly, going out of their way to help us book tickets for a concert in Santander. Great location by the beach and an easy walk into the main town.

The receptionist staff were not that helpful. I felt disheartened when the lady receptionist didn't know any of the answers to questions I was asking. She would just say I don't know. I was asking her for things to do in the area with kids. Also I think the hotel does need a refurb but don't let that put you off. Also, pillows were not comfortable unfortunately

The location was perfect close to the bus stop and some nice cafes and restaurants on the seafront. Lovely views in the morning. The weather was fresh and bright sunshine for most of our stay. The bathroom was new and had everything needed.

I used booking.com & the room was very reasonably priced, the facilities were good. The restaurant is expensive but there is a very good kebab shop across the road so I was sorted :)

I thought the outside terrace could have been more inviting, comfortable along with the restaurant.

The morning coffee and tea were not very good. Weak tea and cool coffee from machine.

The location was perfect for our purpose. We had a lovely walk along the sea front in the evening and the hotel is in an ideal location for catching the Ferry to the U.K. We enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel.

Breakfast was a joke with terrible service. No food on plates had to set own table. Dirty table not cleared everybody was complaining. We complained at desk didn’t do any good.

Great location is you want to be close to the beach, Easy bus into town in less than 10 minutes. Free beach towels. We found free street parking nearby, otherwise cost of parking onsite is 17 euros.

Didn't like the bar area & the food was ok but not that good. Also could do with proper Pillows on the bed instead of a bolster one.

Location very good. Didn't have breakfast in the Hotel as we went elsewhere for breakfast.
