Sound isolation is bad unfortunately. The parking - you have to find it by yourself, and you end paying 18eur per 24 h.

Very small. Outside shutters meant I had to open and close windows to affect amount of sunlight coming into the room. Pretty inconvenient.

The hotel is very well situated but If the breakfast was included , it would be good because the price per night is a littlebit expensive.Also the light of smoke detector in bed is disturbing our eyes at night.We love spending our holidays in Zarautz at Olatu Hotel, The staff at Hotel are very friendly , Thanks a lot to GARBIXE always smiling and she is there to help us if we need.Please make a bonus program for the people who come often to saty, i mean to have bonus for more you stay more you will have reduction on the price of hotel per night. the hairdryer was broken, but we were provided with an extra one and also extra pillow on request. the room has only basic furniture and amenities. Just a small table with a chair apart from the bed and closet and nightstands, no fridge, no tea or coffeemaker, it is suitable when you just go there to sleep. but you have all restaurants, coffees and shops in walking distance, so it was not a problem. I would put an extra shelf into the bathroom, but overally ok. good value for the price.

perfect location right in the center, very clean room, nice and helpfull staff close to the hotel (there is no reception directly at the hotel), bed OK, air conditioning OK, I would recommend if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room apart from sleeping :)

No parking on site but plenty available in a nearby multi storey which was reasonably priced. No meals at hotel but plenty of cafes nearby.

NIce clean, comfortable hotel. Good value for money. Ideally located for Camino del Norte. Zarautz is a nice little town by the beach.

Earplugs are handy during weekend nights - street noises get quite loud due to central location. Also very difficult to dry the beach gear due to very humid air conditions outside and inside.

L For very little money they could finish the rooms better. Needs tea and coffee in rooms. No receptionist. You have to walk to another building to collect keys and sign in.

The noise, especially from other guests, was quite loud. This went on the whole night. Bad sound and light isolation (hall Light from incoming guests visible in room through windowpanes in door). Paid parking too far from hotel.

The hotel/room location was great in the centre of town. Was a small room, but this was fine as expected for price. Had to pick up room key from the bar round the corner and person was very helpful in explaining tings and where could get breakfast etc. I was walking the Camino and the hotel was very close to start of route for following day.

The room was tiny! The bedroom door couldn't open fully because the bed was in the way. It had 2 doors leading out to a tiny 'patio' area, which was not very pleasant to look at, so the blinds stayed down. Not much floor space to put luggage. You have to check in and out from another building 50m away. Not worth the money we paid.

The location was perfect for walking the Camino del Norte. Very central.

The room was dirty, the bed were uncomfortable and it was super loud outside. The AC smelled terrible so we had to open the windows but it was super loud outside and no air coming in except for the smoke of cigarettes coming in.
