We met Ana on arrival who gave us a tour of the apartment block, pool and parking. The apartments were perfect. All mod cons, very clean. Pool area perfect. So near to the very quiet beach and lovely warm shallow water to swim. Ana also gave us lots of ideas for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks we throughly enjoyed our stay. :)

The washing machine is not in the apartment, it’s in the ground floor., not a big deal, but in would prefer having one in the apartment because I’m traveling with small kids and I need it very often. But I must tell the property provide me extra bed sheets any time I request it, and even they offer us without asking so. I really appreciate it

The apartment is very confortable, kitchen equipped with everything you need and a big fridge, open space within kitchen and living room, great sofa and a big dinning table for those hot days that you prefer to keep inside with the A/C . Beds are comfortable as well and nice bathroom with big shower cabinet. Awesome terrace with big table, where you’ll be most of the time yo spend in the apartment.

It is a nice place in front of the beach, the pool is amazing and the apartment is new. They shared all needed information in advance and in case of any question they are always available. Really a great experience which we will repeat next year.

The apartment block is new and in an area where more development is going on - not loud or disruptive, but it means there isn't a great deal around it at the moment in terms of shops, cafes or restaurants (as at Oct 2022). So you have to walk down to Kiko port (20 mins) or further to Oliva Playa (35 mins) to really find anywhere to have a coffee or something to eat. If you have a car, the supermarkets are 5 min drive away, which helps so you can have a few bits in the apartment. Apartment could also do with a kettle in the kitchen - we had to boil a pan for tea/baby milk. A few more coffee pods for the L'Or machine would have been nice (although you can buy them from Lidl etc).

Beautiful apartment a few hundred yards from the beach! It is furnished in a lovely modern style and had everything we needed (except a kettle!). The bathrooms are gorgeous with massive showers. Kitchen has good facilities. The balcony is lovely overlooking the pool. Sea views, what is not to like! Even in October we were able to get in the swimming pool which is perfect. Perfectly quiet, you can hear the sea rolling all day and night!

Great communication with staff re; instructions & forms before arrival, Friendly, contactable and fast response out of hours to extend our stay! Location was fantastic- amazing sea views on large balcony! Secure parking and premises Very clean environment in and out of apartment, air con flowed into bedrooms which was great! well maintained gardens Great sized, child friendly pool Well equipped apartment - had everything we needed, thanks for welcome pack! Comfortable beds, quick and quiet shutters on siding doors- brilliant option for blackout in room! We actually returned a few days later after our first stay as it was so amazing!

we liked everything about the property. but, since the business seems relatively new, we have maybe some recommendations for the future, just to make sure to cover all guests’ preferences: (1) some complimentary coffee capsules would have been nice to find, especially for guests arriving late in the evening when all the shops are closed; when we arrived the coffee vending machine down at the reception was out of order; 2) some smaller sized bedroom pillows-all the existing pillows were really big and hard; (3) blankets ( there were only bedsheets and some guests maybe would also prefer a warmer blanket). nevertheless, bottom-line Oliva Suites is an excellent location for a romantic trip if you prefer quiet places close to nature.

excellent quiet location directly on the beach front; everything is new and very clean & cosy. nice large terrace overlooking the sea. we stayed for a week at the beginning of September, in an apartment on the 2nd floor. private parking is available in the building. private swimming pool.

Altough is was a new appartement, we had some small issues. The beds were a little bit to little for us (4 big man) and the pillow on the bed where to hard for us all. (some people would love it) but we could manage it :-) maybe some small extra tips for the host: => get some softer pillows in the closet perhaps => maybe some better pans to cook :-) => a little bit extra tablets for the dishwasher. Handling with one single tablet won't work for more than one night.... (we had to buy a box, and leave the rest... but I think the cleaning team would be happy with them)

This is a brand new appartement. so you can't say a lot of bad things. we got an "upgrade" to a higher level, so we had the lovely sea view. That was really nice. The connection between the host and me went very easy by texting via whatsapp. Lovely that they gave extra info for dinner and the supermarket. The destination was a calm place. Not touristic at all, or not yet :-) We enjoyed the calm and peace.

Very noisy as could hear other guests coming and going all night. Prior warning of a noisy pre wedding party would have prevented us from booking. Expensive poor sleep!

Very modern, fully equipped apartment with great position for the beach and a spotlessly clean pool.
