Lack of hangers near shower for towels etc in toilet. Slippery bath!

Big clean and modern room Receptionist Salvador very nice and helpful. Gave me a choice of room with pool view. Checkin efficient. Could store bicycle in room Big balcony with pool view. Good breakfast and dinner buffet.

The only complaint I have is that on the day of arrival we were not informed that we could park for free on outside hotel parking, even though I mentioned I saw the places. The receptionist did not inform me about this possibility and only proposed paid (closed) parking spot. The only objective drawback was proximity of a lively road near the hotel. However, with closed windows it was not much disrupting (it was mainly unpleasant when lying near the pool - but as mentioned the price was fair). In my opinion the hotel is better for customers comming by car, but it is subjective, I did not use any public transport. Still a rate this hotel very high as it met all my expectations and I spent a great time there:)

Charging €10/day to park your car. This is a new charge as the car park was always free! We just parked outside which wasn’t as issue just slightly inconvenient.

Stayed many times before over the years and it’s a good solid hotel. It’s been taken over by a new group (ONA) so we assume there will be some changes and upgrades as the rooms are getting tired now. Wi-Fi was brilliant in the room which is a marked improvement from previous stays and as I had to work for a couple of days during our stay it was a godsend. TV’s are locked to hotel mode so the Amazon fire stick didn’t work but it wasn’t as issue. We only brought it with just in case of bad weather. Breakfast has a plentiful amount of choices but the cooked items are not very warm. Overall a really great hotel and we will return at the end of the summer 😁

Very nice and comfortable hotel, suitable for friends and families with a beautiful and large swimming pool in the middle of the rooms. Looks a bit like a motel, with outside doors and nice terraces. Close to a lot of shops and the motorway.

Pool tile line was dirty. Next to a very noisy road. However, it is a cheap alternative to being nearer Estepona. Good value.

Large bed, great cotton sheets. Good aircon. Friendly staff. Nice rustic feel. Good cafe/ bar. OK breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants.

I always book this hotel when I come to Marbella for a few days. This is my 7 ou 8 stay there. Happy with their service and find it a very good value. Located only 6-7min by car from Marbella or Puerto Banus. The breakfast is good and you can find everything. The guys at the reception are always kind and dedicated

The location is OK only if you have a car, otherwise you are stuck in next to the highway.

Renovated hotel with a cozy pool area. Good breakfast choice. Quite during the evening - they close the pool area at 8 pm.

My first impressions were not good unless you find the min entrance, which I failed to do and walked around the whole site all the side gates were looked up, and it looked as if it was closed. 12 euros a night was a bit much for parking. The only reason I would not stay on the same side of the hotel was the noise from the road for some reason just after 4.00 a lot of noisy cars passed and also the bins there which were emptied at 5.30, so I did not have a good night's sleep. For anybody booking in make sure they are not in the rooms on the far right-hand side of the hotel then they should have a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very well kept, rooms were in excellent condition, the staff were all friendly and made you feel welcome, and the pool area was great, a good choice for breakfast. I do wish I did not have to add my last bit, as it was a good hotel apart from that.
