As a family we really enjoyed our stay at this property. The whole complex is well maintained as well as the apartment we were staying. We had everything we needed. Location of the property was also good for us and close to supermarkets, bus station. Plus is a spacious parking only for guests free of charge. Our kid enjoyed the time spent on swimming pool.

Has everything you need. My studio had everything you need for self catering and the restaurant was reasonable priced if you don't want to cook. Shop on site make it convenient for all the basics. Pool and bar area very well maintained and cleaned.

We were in Apartment 1 which is on the road so was quite noisy & we were woken up at 6.30 am by the bin lorry!!

The apartments are fantastic..so spacious & well planned out...we loved the terrace which gave us another option besides the pool...which is lovely...once you're in!

Was a bit noisy at nights as our apartment was next to the main road and people returning from the bars in the middle of the night were really loud. I understand it’s not property’s fault but we were a bit not lucky.

This is a gem of a place, a home away from home. The staff were great, and the apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The only thing I couldn't find was a chopping board; otherwise, I had a complete kitchen. The pool and bar/cafeteria were also wonderful, and the food was delicious. If you are okay with walking to the beach, it's a great location, which takes about 20 minutes. Taxis are cheap enough. The on-site shop is well-stocked and not overpriced, which is another bonus. I'd return if visiting Los Cristianos. The on-site car park is also a good size.

There was a cockroach in the room. And the location is slightly far from the beaches.

The rooms were nice with two floors. And has good facilities. Accommodated late check in. And had a luggage room for after check out storage and also has common bathrooms and showers and was told can use all the facilities even after check out which was nice. Also close to public transportation.

The lifeguard is very strict about letting children play with a ball in the pool and inflatables are only allowed at certain times of the day ( 3x1 hr slots) Some of the furniture in the apartment was a little tired

Apt cleaned once a week which is fine but very little toilet paper supplied..coloured plastic bags very confusing ..reception staff seem very cross

Spotless..everything in apt one would need..beds very comfortable..a bit of a walk from beach but not a difficult walk..small shop on site..has everything including fresh crusty rolls every day..ice cold drinks and not too expensive.
