The floor in the room was dirty and hadn’t been properly washed or vacuumed before my stay. The room I stayed in was internal so there was no view and there were swarms of flies outside the window, so couldn’t open them.

Great location, very nice room with a large, comfortable bed. Good breakfast and excellent customer service from staff at breakfast and at reception throughout the stay.

The confort of bed wasnt good, we had no balcony and in the morning it could be noisy with people and kids talking in other rooms. The cleaniless was not to the standart of 200euro + / Night room.

Location was perfect. Pretty close to Colon Metro station, and a walking distance to old town, museums, restaurants etc...

The elevator did not look like trustworty. I chose to use the stairs more often, as when we arrived, there were people stuck in it and I definitely did not want that experience.

Rooms were nice. Location right in the city centre. Paid parking is available across the street. No point in validating the packing ticket - there was no one at the parking to show it to. Really nice beds and bathrooms

Room : I paid much money for a (small) room with a view from the city. I was opposed to the backside of a shopping mall with only 10 ´% view on the city. Picture on your site : I have never seen that balcony and this sight. Breakfast ok Location : our room was on the backside of a shopping mall. Early deliveries to the mall starts at 04.00am ! So, always awake at night and early morning.

Breakfast 12 € : Can live with that. Friendly person working during breakfast. Unfortunately, this service is understaffed. Reception : Very friendly and helpfull

The breakfast was quite limited, not too many choices. The sheets of the bed and toilet were not totally clean.

The location was perfect. Shops and supermarkets just 5min walking from the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok for 2 people and there was space to work in the room with the laptop. Bed was comfortable.

The frame to the bed made it easy to catch your leg and the TV frame stuck out making the space at the bottom of the bed very narrow. coffee facilities in the room would have been useful

Beds are very hard, rooms were hot (February) with no ability to cool except to open window and let mosquitos in. Bathroom was run down. For north Americans not use to Europe accommodations, hotel rooms very noisy "paper walls".

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was very good, we were close to shopping, restaurants, grocery. Had a small bar fridge which was great.

The base of the bed was sticking out inches beyond the foot of the mattress. As it was made of metal you had to be especially careful not to stub your toe when passing by. The area between the foot of the bed and wall was quite tight.

The proximity of the hotel was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful too. Melissa's local knowledge was particularly excellent. Clean and functional room. Bright and clean breakfast area with good quality continental breakfast provided. The room was clean and functional. It was also very quiet, especially considering the hotel was situated on a busy main road.

Considering that we had the highest spec room, it was a lot smaller than expected. Doors and balcony door closed noisily, which meant we had one very disrupted night thanks to inconsiderate neighbour.

Breakfast staff nice and girls on reception were lovely. The breakfast buffet was good. Location perfect.

Location was perfect, at the opposite of the metro, coming from the airport. Room was very large, the bed was also very large and comfotable, bathroom maybe al little small,, but clean and nice shower. We for a quiet room (no city view), so we got at the 8th. floor, which was a little complicated to reach by 2 elevators, or stairs. Not a nice view from the windows, but we didn't care, it was so quiet.
