Facilities for making a hot drink in the room would have been a nice extra.

Brilliant central location and a comfortable, modern room. A superb shower is always a bonus. The buffet breakfast range may have been smaller than some, but it was excellent quality and a satisfying start to the day with freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh pastries and decent coffee.

A small desk or table in the room would have been good. The hotel Wi-Fi was very frustrating as it required you to re-authenticate almost every time you used the internet.

When I did the booking, I asked if I could do early check in and I never got an answer (it worked out, but only because I showed up and tried my luck).

The breakfast was great, though they didn't tell me I could order eggs - I had to figure that out by seeing other clients do so on day two. The location was FANTASTIC. The room was clean and big enough, the bathroom too. I heard almost nothing during the whole week, whether from outside or other rooms, which is rare and was much appreciated.

room was boiling and air con didn't seem to do anything. woken up at 1am by an alarm blaring door to the room fitted badly so there was light from the hallway flooding into the room!

Internet connection was extremely unstable. Can't even stream a 30minute video without dropping/buffering. Illumination in the room is very dim without option to increase. There is also no option to get boiling water in the room.

Quite noisy inside, inner walls seem to be quite thin. Some items in room and on property lack proper maintenance.

Right in the middle of the city, good and direct subway connection to the airport. Comfortable bed, minibar with few necesity items.

The aircon didn't work well. It's warm at night needed to open window for some air. Phone in the room wasn't working too.

The location is very central. Staff are welcoming and welcoming in suggesting places to go. Room is small but with everything.

We were put in a room on a different floor to the rest (you had to change 2 elevators to reach). Our room, although clean, smelled a bit dampy and we had to open the window.
