We were out of the hotel early and would return around 3pm to rest before going out again. The first day the room wasn’t cleaned so we just asked for clean towels. The next day we saw the cleaning staff and asked if we could have the room ready by 3. When we arrived at 3 it was still not clean so we just asked for some clean towels and toilet paper. That was very disappointing especially for a 4 star hotel. I have never experienced such a late cleaning in a hotel before

Room had such a tiny window Very little storage-no bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, decent dressing table mirror No fan in bathroom so it steamed up quite a lot. Very blank white walls devoid of art work, mirrors.

Bathroom did need some attention - discoloured grouting, signs of wear & tear here and there. Cafe / bar in a very comfortable lounge area doesn't open until 4pm.

Gorgeous standard rooms, very large and comfortable. Window small for the size of the room, but lots of ambient lighting. Location excellent. All staff lovely

Overall lovely hotel. Staff was helpful and accommodating. They did not have the room available that I booked. I also had to pay an additional fee for a second guest which didn’t make sense when he told me had I booked it for two people it would have been less, nonetheless my mistake. However they provided us with a free upgrade. Rooms were clean for the most part, some small not cleaned spots (ex: tooth paste caked onto the faucet).

We did pay for breakfast one morning very disappointed not much selection and very expensive for what there was . We ate breakfast out the rest of our stay which was a lot nicer and cheaper.

Needed change rooms as there was no window in both the rooms they allocated this was no problem and Jonathan was soo helpful.

The wifi is unstable. And the parking fee is not cheap.

Location is perfect. But there's no parking place. I have to park in another parking area and it cost 17 euros per day.

There is very little space for relaxation outside the rooms and there is no pool or garden area.Even a small rooftop space would have been nice .Book a balcony room if you can afford it ,as courtyard rooms have no view and very small windows. There were no mirrors in the main bedroom ,only one on the inside of a closet door which didn't remain open unless you held it with your foot. There was only one bin for waste and that was in the rather small bathroom.The shower was a good size but the toilet and washbasin were too closely situated. I would have given the hotel an eight had we had a balcony room,a mirror in the bedroom and an extra wastebin !

The location is excellent for shopping,sightseeing and dining.In fact it couldn't be better .The immediate area feels safe ,even into the early hours if the morning and good coffee shops and restaurants are a short walk away .There is a bus stop outside the hotel with direct service to the beach which takes about 20 mins .The metro station is a short walk away(at the other end of the same street ... which for the most part is pedestrian only) and has a direct route to the airport (20mins.) The beds were comfortable ,with a good selection of pillows .Decor is minimalistic and modern with wooden floors. In the summer it is preferable to have the option of a pool and garden to relax but that is not commonly found in central Valencia. All in all the cleanliness and location made it a suitable choice and I would return if I could secure a balcony room

Would have loved a gym, but I got my steps in by walking. Wifi was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Spent more cellular data for three days in this hotel, than the previous 8days while on holiday at the beach. :)

Location was fab which is why I chose it. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We needed some help so they were quite nice, especially the male employee, cannot remember the name. Beds were so comfy!
