The rooms are mixed, the capsules are not sound-proof, so you can still hear everything from the outside. The bathrooms were a bit dirty.

The beds were comfortable, the common areas were nice, the staff too.

The number of toilets and showers is not enough during the rush hours, was fine for us since we left quite early to catch our flight, but it would be a problem in the morning. I would prefer the lockers inside the room and closer to the bed, but it was not a huge deal.

I've been staying in hostels for long and this one was one of the best, the capsule was impressive. The capsule can be locked from the inside, there are several lights, power outlets, a safe and even a mirror. Staff was quite nice and the hostel is very close to the bus station and to a lot of restaurants. Totally reccommend!

Very few complaints, I was very happy overall. The bathrooms could do with a deep clean or refurbishment as they are starting to show age, I think other reviewers expected them to be super clean and new because of the sci fi ultra white photos but honestly it was all fine, some people really just complain too much.

To be honest I had a very pleasant stay here. I liked this place much more than hostels, you have a lot more privacy and comfort than a normal hostel, but the socialising aspect is still there if you want it. There were only 3 showers for men but they were always available, I never found myself queueing. I was happy with the price, the staff were really friendly. The cabins are not super soundproofed but everyone is trying their best to be quiet, so it was absolutely fine. I would happily return on my next journey. The staff were even able to provide me with USB cables to borrow. If you are staying here I suggest leaving the ‘air outlet/flow’ button on so you have fresh air in the cabin while you sleep.

The shoes are kept outside your pod but some where so stinky the whole room stank as you entered. They shld leave them outside the pod room. There was a beeping glitch in our room but it was a once off that they were going to fix that day.

The pod had everything you needed I it, the bed and pillow where the best I have ever slept on with crisp fresh clean linen. Nice privacy and you can't hear the snorers. Good kitchen facilities. Nice coffee cafe opposite.

No lock on the door, they said they removed it due to guests being worried about being locked in their capsules, but I have been to other hostels with locks and never had issues with it. Would be nice to have the option to lock it, especially when you leave for the day, so you don't have to keep taking your belongings out every morning and taking them to the locker adjacent locker room. Can't talk in the capsule due to it being a silent space. Understandable, but it seemed pretty strict, we couldn't even have alarms or anything, even on vibrate so as to not disturb other guests. I'm not sure how you wake up in time then for things you have planned or tours, that's all. Just my observations but the experience was still great!

Really comfybeds, super nice staff. Location was quite good and citywas well connected by trains, trams and buses. Lots of people staying there but the toilets and showers always were available for use! The pods were very spacious and really cool! Comfy beds and they chamge the towels and replace sheets every 3 days during your stay! Great bonus. Two large lockers per capsule. Each could surely fit a cabin sized bag. There were a lot of double capsules in this room. Overall, it didn't affect our stay, but it's bot my personal preference. The Receptionist gives clear instructions for silence in the pod area and people mostly follow that, so actually it goes in the positive section to say that considering the amount of people in there, we were rarely disturbed during our downtime or sleeping!!!

Staff were rather perfunctory. The big problem is lack of power sockets, only 2 in a common area when the place has space for 50 guests. The result was that there were always 2 people hogging them to chare their phones or use their laptops - not the same two, but the effect was just as bad. I didn't like not being able to lock my capsule when I was out of it, so therefore had to take everything with me to the shower or put more stuff in the locker.

It was my first experience in a capsule, inside the sleeping space everything worked and it was surprisingly easy to sleep. Comparable to a dormitory bed but quieter.

The toilets and bathrooms wasn't so clean as I expected.

Good location. Clean sheet beds and quite room. You can adjust the light in your capsule,for reading sleep etc. You can close the capsule foor and you feel that you have your own private bed.

The problem was that at night there was constant sound from the ventilation system. This cannot be avoided with so many people being close together.

It was a very friendly and cooperative environment and I met very nice people. The staff were excellent and welcomed me very well. Thank you. The place was clean and tidy.

I hated that the water usage was not too sustainable. When you turn on the water to wash hand or get some water, it stays on 20s! So much waste. Note that there are 2 bathroom stalls and 3 showers, so it can be all packed. Also you need to have to carry 2 cards - one to enter the premises and the other for your locker and your cabin. Why can’t there be one? I get that this is a capsule hotel so I did not expect much space, but the cabin itself felt a bit hot and then cold at times. I don’t believe we could have controlled it.

The staff who worked here were fantastic. I want to give them a huge shoutout. The first night I missed check in time, even though they stayed a bit later hoping that I’d make it. They checked in on me and made sure that I was not a no show and that I could come in the morning since I booked for 2 nights Also they tried to help me find a place to exchange currency. I learned you needed a bank account at the banks before you can do any exchange. The pods felt very futuristic, and I’m not sure I have done anything like this in Europe. I have in Asia. I overall enjoyed the experience

Capsules hostels are always a bit disturbing, due the space limitations. You have to organize himself very well, because it's a another logic.

Well, it's a capsule hotel, which I always find a bit uncomfortable. But it's a worthwhile, the price is excellent. If you don't mind about a capsule hostel, it's a good option.

The mattress was horrible. It must have been very old and/or very bad quality because there was a huge hole in the middle. Lying down you could feel the surface below and trying to move to one side didn’t work because of the limited space and you’d roll just back to the center. Also the control panel didn’t work. You could only adjust the light. There was no space to dry your wet towel after showering. I found an eyeliner and dust balls next to the mattress. The trash bins next to the toilets are broken, so they just keep it without the lit and the walls are just covered with adhesive film sticker. Apart from that the cleanliness was acceptable. I think the idea of a hostel with these cabins is great, but you can’t neglect the maintenance this far. Really a pity.

The Location was good. 15 minutes walking distance to the Guggenheim Museum, only 5 minutes to the venue where I attended an event, 10 minutes to the bus terminal. Good choice of nearby taverns. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are 3 showers, all with a dry dressing area. The shower gel smells nice. There is a kitchenette but I didn’t make use of it. I liked the idea of trying out sleeping in a cabin.

You hear EVERY noise, people entering/leaving the sleep hall, lockers opened/closed, people talking/laughing etc.

1. The mattress of bed 16 (dont know the other ones but i guess all of them are the same) was very bad quality. The central part of it is so soft, you are like sleeping in a hole. You can even feel the metal bars under the mattress. Apart from that, everything perfekt, but that's so important... 3. Lights of the capsel are very shiny and i mean the one you can not put off (little blue and red lights in the electric bar) 2. Check in before 00.00 should be warned in capital leters. I almost couldnt check in because the delay of my flight. Luckly the guy in the reception waited till 00.15 for my arrival, but 10 minutes more and i couldnt have checked in...

We came here to have a rest, take advantage of the television and just watch something in bed but it was not working properly with the bluetooth device (it's forbidden to listen to it without headphones). After trying many times, eventually it worked but we have no idea how haha. It was just an annoying little thing but one positive thing after all, that the receptionist helped us very kindly to solve it :)

It seems a very responsible place, it has its rules to keep everything under control and apparently it works! The style of the place is really special, very futuristic, great experience. I definitely appreciate that they respect and keep in mind those people who wants to rest and keep the area of the capsules peaceful and quiet. The receptionist was helpful and well-prepared, explained everything very well. In the common places, especially in the kitchen there's a great equipment, fridge, freezer, water-boiler, cutlery, seasonings, sauces.. I was truly impressed.
