Welll... If we must really say something. The tv displayed that we could watch Netflix. But that wasn't possible. We couldn't connect the tv.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. We had the room on the ground floor and it was actually a room for people in a wheelchair or something like that. The room was very big and de bathroom spacious. Good shower! The bed were also big and we had acces to a little patio (which were sharable with the other room on the ground floor) We didn't use the patio, I think it would have be nice if there was a little bench or something to chill. The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff was really helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay.

You could hear noise from all the other rooms, not enough to disturb us, but it was definitely not quiet. Bathroom.decor wasn't to my taste, but that is just me personally.

Great location, our room was always clean throughout our stay, all the staff we saw were very friendly but bear in mind reception isn't manned permanently. Good communication with all the details of how to get in the building and our room sent beforehand. Fantastic old building.

I thought this was a great "hotel" and has restored my faith in "guesthouses". It has a real rustic Ibiza feeling inside and the rooms are decorated in great taste. There was no room sharing walls with mine so no noise at all. The reception chap in the morning was extremely kind in allowing me to have a noisy 40 minute skype chat for work sitting next to him at his desk! The only thing I would say is that the advice given could be a bit better especially pre arrival when I asked about free parking. I found out for myself that it's is in the Alameda at the end of Pont dels Flors. Just pull up and wait for a space to become free. The place I was recommended for a morning coffee was called the Coffee Place - 5euros for a luke warm coffee and croissant! I think Cafe La Xerea might be better. Anyway, super guesthouse / hotel.

The only negative thing was that the WiFi was quite slow and that we could not leave our luggage later than 2 pm on the checkout day. But those were minorities.

Check in was super easy - the owner sent instructions and access codes via Whatsapp - and the property was easy to find. Location was fab - around a 5-minute walk to the cathedral and super close to bars and restaurants, but still quiet at night. And while we're on the subject of sleeping, can I just say that the bed (which, incidentally, was massive!) was one of the comfiest I've slept in for a long time! The shower was also super hot and super powerful. I loved the fact that you can put a little sign on your door when you leave to say whether you do or do not want your room cleaned (better for the planet than having it cleaned every day) and I also loved that there is a coffee machine in the room and coffee/tea/sugar that you can help yourself to in the lobby. Also a water machine, so you can top up your bottle before a busy day of sightseeing :)

Fantastic location, and the property has style and character. The bed was comfortable, the room was a great size and we appreciated the storage in the room. Also a private proper bathroom with a really good shower. Location was in easy walking distance to lots of attractions and was still quiet and safe. Really appreciated the cold water fountain in the foyer and the coffee machine in the room.

The walls were quite thin as it’s an old building and we could hear other people during the night, but it was manageable.

The hotel is in great location. Close to the main attractions, yet in a very peaceful area and slightly away from hustle & bustle. The room is as shown in pictures and was quite spacious.

Bathroom is a very unattractive bright orange colour and needed a better clean. Not bad, just not as good as it could have been. Entrance area smelt of damp and mold. I understand it's a very old building but it really needs some ventilation. This did not affect any other than first impressions and the 2 seconds it took to cross the area when we arrived and left. I would stress this is a fantastic find for the price.

Stunning old property. The room was large, comfortable and generally really clean. Good quality bed, sheets, and decent pillows. The huge double doors onto the street really helped ventilate at night and added some real charm to the room. No real noise from the street. I slept very well

This was a great place to stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything and it was nicely furnished. The room was very large, the shower was excellent, and the bed was comfy.
