They are real hosts and ooze hospitality. The hotel is a converted bank in Palacio style. Best roof terrace ever - because u see the Alhambra and the cathedral. They have the cutest roof top bar houses inside a little towe and a huge terrace . Wonderful furniture and sun umbrellas. It was cold end of April but they brought us our lunch and drinks upstairs despite being the only guests who wanted to do this. It was wonderful and is was the food . And … it was my birthday which I didn’t mention but was surprised with a bottle of bubbles and a yummy velvet cake when back from our trip in the afternoon. Thank you - you made our days so special.

Add some hooks in bathrooms for towels please.

This hotel is exceptional. The design of the main floor is jaw dropping beautiful. The service is personalized and genuine. Rooms are quiet and well appointed. Go to roof deck and order Tommy Margarita. Best marg ever!

The only teeny tiny criticism is that I kept tripping on the door stop in my room which was a bit annoying as the bed stopped the door from fully opening anyway.

The best welcome I’ve ever had from a hotel. The rooftop bar is beautiful and perfect for photo opportunities. The pool was total luxury. We loved the decor of the dining room for breakfast.

In Granada you have definitely two gems.... The Alhambra and the Palacio Gran via! Everything was amazing from arrival to departure. The team was exceptionnal, super professionnal making you feel totally at home. A special thanks to Laura and Nazareth. All the equipment was very qualitative from the heated pool to the quality of bedding and bath. The breakfast is definitely a MUST! Everything was super tasty and new local dishes every day. There are places you don't want to leave.... This was one of them. Thanks again to all the team for making our stay memorable, till the end with a special gift as goodbye.

Fantastically welcoming staff and great location for our stay. We enjoyed the concierge staff the bar the spa and the rooms. Unfortunately it was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the jaw droppingly gorgeous roof top terrace and bar. Heartily recommend this hotel!

Whilst bedroom all new and beautifully decorated,there were A few issues of style over functional eg the shower water ran under door and could not put mat there and still open door as opened outwards .The window shutters could not be folded back flat to let in more light because of curtains. A few hooks for towel etc by shower would be useful. All fairly minor design details which would make bedroom more user friendly

The staff and location were excellent. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good -a very wide selection of nicely prepared foods. The rooftop terrace is great -nice cocktails too!
