Elevator seemed a little faulty and it felt like we got stuck for a little bit. Just a technical issue.

You have to be techno savvy to a degree to use certain things in the room and it would be helpful to have instructions in English.

The check in process was so easy and the staff continued the same level of attention and friendliness throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing. When I booked, I thought it a little expensive but it exceeded my expectations. The team providing breakfast was so friendly, remembered our preferences, and made our days start so well. The Hammam was so relaxing.

The hotel neefed more staff members at breakfast. Had to wait for tables to be cleared before we could sit down . Buffet wasn’t replenished. Simple things like no salt and pepper on tables , no butter anywhere. Having said this , it’s a shame because it’s an amazing hotel .

When set to full throttle the shower started to overflow but I’m sure that’s an easy fix. In all honestly there’s nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

Ideal location when visiting Granada due to walking proximity to all major sights and restaurants. Lovely rooftop bar with great views of the Alhambra, excellent for sunset drinks. Great indoor pool and steam bath.

The staff were attentive from the moment we arrived. The room was lovely. The hotel was perfectly located within easy walking distance of all the attractions. The bonus was the rooftop bar and terrace with fabulous views of both the Cathedral and the Alhambra. A traditional restaurant would have been nice, but we would definitely stay again.

Because it’s a very new property they are still working some details out. The shower in both our rooms wasn’t pitched correctly and would flood the bathroom when used.

The hammam is a bit small, there’s no jacuzzi or outdoor swimming pool.

It’s a gem. Beautiful building, stylishly furnished with a wonderful staff, especially the house keeping department.

Pool very small and shallow. Directions to hotel totally inadequate. Extremely difficult to find hotel in a car. Dropping off point not clear. Very stressful.

Housekeeping was not up to par- did not wash used cups. There was a unpleasant smell in bathroom despite the room fragrance that was touted as an extra touch.
