A wonderfully well appointed room in this attractive, historic building. The room was a very good size with large bathroom. As well as tea, coffee and water in the room there was a welcoming piece of delicious chocolate cake on arrival. The staff were attentive and friendly and I was given a tour and history of the building. In the dining room is a glass floor from where you can see Roman ruins that were discovered on site. I loved the courtyard area. Breakfast selection was excellent.

Beautiful old Palace, maintained exceptionally well, staff were super professional yet welcoming and friendly. The restaurant made a huge effort, both myself and my partner are 100% plant based vegans, and the chef did her/his best to come up with some super top notch food.

.The spa area is small. However, the receptionists handle the reservation system efficiently and I enjoyed my visit.

Beautiful building with stylish interior and exterior, cosy, comfortable and spotless clean room. I also liked the patio with orange trees, flowers and pool. Excelant staff. Special thanks to Angeles!

Pool area was not great, not big enough to swim, and cramped. Not big issue, just not for me.

Breakfast was standout, and what a venue with the Roman ruins....so memorable. This is a very good 5 star hotel, with lots of lovely touches that make the difference.

The room was very comfortable, however, for a deluxe room, I would have expected a room with more light. We had one window with a view to a WALL not 2 meters away. The SPA was very disappointing - yes there were three small pools Hot, Medium and Cool in temperature but that was it, no sauna, steam bath or anything

With windows open we heard noise from kitchen below. Needed to keep windows and blinds closed for privacy, due to windows across courtyard.

Unfortunately we couldn’t see the Roman remains at close quarters as we were told that a member of staff would have to accompany us. Perhaps next time!

Stunningly beautiful hotel, the decor was in keeping with the age and style of the building. The bedroom was perfect and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Roman remains add a sense of the history of Cordoba.

I loved it, but for someone who cannot walk well it might be a little too far away from the cultural attractions, a good 10 minute walk

This is a hotel every traveller dreams of. Comfort pure, beautiful rooms, amazing breakfast and the staff so well trained, friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Just great.

Room was noisy due to open space under the door, also admitting light from the hall. Exposed wiring on a bedside lamp. Shower leaks on to the floor due to missing material from the glass wall. No central air or fan available, only heat.

Difficulty in finding the hotel by car due to the old town and small, narrow alleys. Apple and Google Maps were trying to have us go up one way streets and I’m sure we entered a no go zone so will probably receive a fine in the mail. However, a quick call to the hotel at the time and they sent someone immediately to meet us and drive us (the right way!) to the hotel. This was so much appreciated!

Sensational - so impressed by the beautiful surroundings, the luxurious rooms, the history of the hotel and the breakfast room with the Roman ruins under the glass floor! We were upgraded to a junior suite which was spectacular, the gardens and pool area were very well kept, and the staff were so helpful. We loved drinks in the gardens and dinner under the stars in the courtyard. The best hotel we stayed at in Spain!

Roman bath a huge disappointment. And poor quality of food. We had the tasting menu and it was not good.

Great bed linen and appreciate towels and robe quality. Beautiful lounge area and garden. Nice staff.
