The property was beautifully designed and our room had everything we needed. There were many thoughtful touches throughout our stay and the staff were so helpful and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Air conditioning system was very slow to react to changes. Hotel Wi-Fi was so spotty that it was unusable, but the staff solved that problem by giving us an in room modem.

The service provided by all of the front desk staff was outstanding, the best I remember ever having experienced. All our requests were addressed immediately. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making our stay as pleasant s possible.

Coffee in Spain is not the best! Too hot at 28-30° in first week of October.

Beautiful building, elegant interior, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location. Valencia is a beautiful city with many historic buildings and the hotel is one of them.

We stayed at top floor where the roof and ceiling incline. We had to squat almost 1/4 area of our room, which was very annoying as we have lower back pain.

The roof terrace is rather disappointing - more could be made of it. A small pool would be a welcome addition.

Central location and nicely refurbished. Comfortable (and huge) beds. Excellent staff; all very friendly, multilingual, and ultra-helpful. Extensive, freshly prepared breakfast.

Hotel is not cheap but consider it a unique experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the busy part of old town. Our LLADRO suite was spacious and appointed with utmost taste and attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Val at the breakfast restaurant for impeccable service and efficiency.

This hotel has to be in one of the best positions in Valencia, especially for visiting all the main attractions. Wonderful breakfast served by equally wonderful, happy staff. Great selection of food and drink, all freshly prepared in delightful surroundings. Concierge/reception most welcoming and very helpful in suggesting most interesting places to visit and where to eat especially as there are so many to choose from. The hotel’s own restaurant La Perfumeria was especially enjoyable.

Sadly only thing can pick fault on which is minor compared to everything else being soo perfect was the flowers were dead that were in our room on the table ,only because I'm a florist in UK I noticed straight away thought these might of been changed but didn't spoil our stay atall .

We stayed at hotel for 2 nights for my husbands 60th birthday and all I can say is wow ! Staff were exceptional and always soo helpful with anything you needed ,breakfast well that was unbelievable the menu choice was outstanding, I cannot fault it and soo clean, nothing was a problem for them just perfect and you couldn't get a better location everything we wanted to see within walking distance .
