I thought the breakfast was good, but a bit over-priced.

The staff was quite exceptional. The property is beautiful, and certainly deserves its 5 star rating. I would stay here again!

A 5 star boutique hotel where all the staff want to give their guests an amazing customer experience. Right in the heart of the old town the location is amazing, the food is excellent and the bedrooms really comfortable. The hotel has a roof top bar where you can sample the signature cocktails and watch the sun set. Cant want to go back.

Lighting in the excellent restaurant was not perfect. Should be dimmable and have more atmosphere, e.g. by using candles on the table, or spotlights.

Location is 10 out of 10, right in the middle of the old city center, on an elegant square and very close to the cathedral. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The car parking fee was not included in the price. I'd expect it to be included. The lounge bar service could be improved and also the music was too loud.

Luxurious hotel in a good location. The staff gave me a free upgrade to a better room upon my arrival. Excellent breakfast. I also used the lounge bar for work.

The property was beautifully designed and our room had everything we needed. There were many thoughtful touches throughout our stay and the staff were so helpful and helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Air conditioning system was very slow to react to changes. Hotel Wi-Fi was so spotty that it was unusable, but the staff solved that problem by giving us an in room modem.

The service provided by all of the front desk staff was outstanding, the best I remember ever having experienced. All our requests were addressed immediately. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making our stay as pleasant s possible.

Beautiful building, elegant interior, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location. Valencia is a beautiful city with many historic buildings and the hotel is one of them.

We stayed at top floor where the roof and ceiling incline. We had to squat almost 1/4 area of our room, which was very annoying as we have lower back pain.

The roof terrace is rather disappointing - more could be made of it. A small pool would be a welcome addition.

Central location and nicely refurbished. Comfortable (and huge) beds. Excellent staff; all very friendly, multilingual, and ultra-helpful. Extensive, freshly prepared breakfast.

Hotel is not cheap but consider it a unique experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the busy part of old town. Our LLADRO suite was spacious and appointed with utmost taste and attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Val at the breakfast restaurant for impeccable service and efficiency.
