How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

slightly overpriced considering we went for 1 night on a Wednesday. Also a nightmare finding a taxi rank near the hotel, so would recommend asking reception to book one for you, but allow at least 10 minutes for it to come.
location was good, a 15 minute walk into the main part of Palma (very hilly so bear this in mind!) Room was small but comfortable and clean. staff were very accommodating and let us leave our bags in the lobby the next day and offered us a place to get changed after we went to the water park. they also let us check in at 1pm instead of 3pm free of charge :)

The rooms are a bit small and the hotel could be doing with a gym or spa its just a bit basic.
The location is excellent, its near the city centre and on the main bus route to the airport.

We asked for a taxi to be booked for us and went to sit in reception. We waited 30 mins and then when we went to check, they said they forgot to book taxi Hotel is in a very quiet part of the city - in some respects that’s great. However, we under estimated how much we’d need to walk to find busier places or nice restaurants. Lifts are also TINY so very claustrophobic feeling

For two single beds the room was quite small. Although there was a little sitting area in the back of the room, when both single beds were pulled apart the first one is right up against the door which made it quite tight. We weren't given new bathroom shampoos during the second half of our stay although we had used them up.
The location was great for where we wanted to be. The airport bus stopped just a short walk away.

The shower in the room could have been a bit more splash proof, since the floor easily got wet.
Location was excellent, it had a very nice view, and good amenities. It is easily reachable from the old town, and with quick access to the Santa Catalina restaurants. It's in a walkable distance to some awesome spots like Ca'n Pere Antoni beach, and the Cathedral.

The room was facing the street and it was rather noisy.

It would have been nicer if there was tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms; if the fridge was stocked with drinks (mainly water) or if there was a water machine in reception. It was really hot during our stay and the cold water tap water wasn’t cold. Otherwise no issues at all with the hotel.
It was clean and comfortable with fantastic staff. Would definitely stay again.

The size of the bedroom and bathroom was OK since I was alone, it might have been a bit too small for the standard of the Hotel if I had had to share them with someone else. The isolation of traffic noise could be a bit better. The noise of cars woke me up in the morning, despite having my room on the sixth floor.

Location is wonderful. Great and professional staff! Room is small but cute and clean, with a small balcony:) 24hr reception, during the night they close the entry, and only open for the guests, which I think it’s super safe especially for girls!!
