Staff were friendly, good location for Camino route

The socket below the TV in the breakfast room didn't work when I tried charging my phone there. That was a minor nuisance, though, as I found another one to use.

I work while traveling (teaching online group classes with video on on Zoom), so my biggest concern is having a) excellent (not only "good") wifi, b) a desk and chair, and c) late checkin and late checkout so I can travel around my work schedule. In this very centrally located hotel with 24-hour reception (I checked in around 11 pm), my cute little room on the 6th floor had first-class wifi with zero hiccups while also being perfectly spotless and boasting brand new furniture, air conditioning, a comfy double bed with fresh bed linen and a spacious wardrobe as well as an equally spotless ensuite bathroom. After finishing my classes and checking out at 12 am without any additional worries or charges, they were also so kind as to let me leave my luggage and work in the breakfast room for a few hours after checkout before my train departed. In addition to that, the older gentleman at the reception was very laid-back and nice. On top of it all, this was an excellent deal for 40€. I'll be happy to return anytime!

Noisy busy area with some amount of street people hanging around. Air conditioner did not work only fan even with several attempts to set it reset it. Had to keep widows closed for noise and metal shutter for excessive street lights. We are willing to pay for AC but it should work.

Close to both train stations. Seemed clean with great bed linens and pillows. Bed was comfortable but did not sleep with hot humid room. Cannot comment on breakfast as we left early.

Very well located -- even though it was a big city we found it. It was easy to walk to the touristic old town and to the supermarket. Quiet, clean, friendly and helpful.

Parking worked out perfectly. Staff were very helpfull in directing us to an exceptional local restaurant just around the corner....even had breakfast there next morning . The place is extremely crisp and clean. Great price.

You should mention CLEARLY that parking is to pay for.. it s not specified.. The way it was put to me was cheating. You need to state that your free parking is subject to availability

Google Maps was not helpful. I think due to the hills and winding roads that had various elevation changes. No complaints regarding the hotel or staff.

The location was so very close to the Urzaiz train station with a large sign above that can be seen from the station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Javier went out of his way to help me and provide plenty of useful information. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The price was the best deal I had in all my Spanish traveling. I did not eat breakfast only because I had to leave early.

Lady at reception on Sunday morning didn't have or didn't care to share information regarding the El Camino walk. No luggage transfer or stamp certification, etc. She was so disappointing, we went next to Lino Hotel where they took care of us. We had breakfast there then went on our walk. Train the staff on the El Camino basics.
