The same food every morning..the ac works just between 15:00 and 01:00. The smell in the room is bad because of the high humidity.

The position is very good, next to the restaurants amd close to the beach.

Unfortuneatly my prescription sunglasses fell from my balcony, notified staff who said someone would try to pick them up from the roof, i noticed next day late morning they were gone, however was told by reception fhat cleaners did not find any glasses in that area, i asked if they could ask the residents on ground floor room, where glasses fell near to. Or could they check cctv. I was told there is no cctv in that area. I approached the residents of the room myself, they explained that theybahd noticed glasses which had fallen but they noticed later that morning that they were no longer there, and no one had come to their room to ask about same. When i approached reception again they explained that there was nothing they could do, the glasses were not found. All very strange, as myself and other residents did see them, an then they 'dissappeared' they are prescripton glasses worth €150 and very plain, not sure anyone else would want them. Felt the staff could have done more to assist me in finding them. Otherwise my stay was lovely.

Amazing and super friendly staff! Big thank you to Marius from the pool bar, activity young lad with glasses and lifeguard ❤️ Lovely food. I can say that even even I am very fussy. Room was cleaned every day including towels change.

The shower was a deal breaker for us there was no pressure in the shower and we battled with the temperature it took us for ever to shower as a family of 4, There were also no coffee machines in the room nothing like a good coffee to get you started in the morning

All round loved the experience of the hotel our kids loved the kids club and the mini disco the hotel is well situated to the markets and shopping street with loads of restaurants to taste the beers and Tapa's be prepared when you go to the beach to wear heavy duty soles the beach is very pebbly

Glass walls to the bathroom , really .

A great family oriented hotel . We stayed overnight and secure parking for motorbikes was provided in an underground car park . Our rooms were clean and tidy and as described on booking dot com .Breakfast was a buffet type affair with a good selection and great coffee . A good overnight stay .

The most uncomfortable pillows ever. They were hard and very high. I asked for different ones, and I was given 2 lower pillows, but they were lumpy and uncomfortable so I gave up and slept without. Very comfy bed, though. I'm sorry to say the buffet was a bit like school dinners, but at the price it was acceptable.

The staff were wonderful - very helpful and always smiling. Reception staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, bar staff - they were all great.

The meat and fish are tasteless. It's like the main Chef in the kitchen deliberately refused to allow the meat and fish to be sourced. What the cooks were doing was placing the meat and fishes in the burners without sourcing them, no salt, no nothing. I guess it's not their fault. They must have been directed by the head of the kitchen to be doing that so that the guests would not eat much.

The staff are really nice they do their jobs perfectly.

The douche took way to long to get cold and the showerhead wasnt comfortable The airco wasnt working properly and went 3 times to the reception for that and the maintenance guy should come and check it but never came. food was lukewarm, dry and there was little variety. I therefore skipped breakfast and when I woke up in the middle of the night I went home and when checking out I was not asked anything and did not say a bye, certainly not worth the 4 stars

Breakfast and dinner was amazing! Fresh and many choices. Very comfortable and big size bed All staff very friendly, on reception and in the restaurant. What to back again :)
