Not sure why our room have no balcony comparing to the room next to our room seems to be of the same class. Would like better room description for different price class

The view of the city is good and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner are very good. The restaurant staff is very friendly and professional. The food is also phenomenal.

None, everything is perfect!

The only thing that is very disappointing is that the maximum possible score is only 10 points. This facility definitely deserves 10x 100 points. For our elderly couple, choosing a comfortable accommodation for our trip to commemorate our 35th wedding anniversary was an extremely important element. The day we spent in this wonderful and comfortable facility will last a lifetime. It was a memorable experience for us. This is a facility we would want to visit on our 50th wedding anniversary trip. ******Tips******* Be sure to choose a room facing the old city on the north side. You can enjoy a spectacular view from your room's balcony. Sunrises, sunsets, and night views of the city are all dreamy!

The air conditioning doesn't really work so it is a good thing we didn't need it. We had to leave the balcony door open to let air in. This will not be good during the hotter months.

We love the location as you will get a great view over looking Toledo. We had the half board deal and the evening meal was fantastic , seating overlooking Toledo.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The room is very big and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also big and has got all necessary toiletries. The views are awesome as you can see the city of Toledo. I also had breakfast there and the food was delicious. There is also a big terrace where you can have a coffee after lunch or a drink at night with the best views. The staff was very nice.

The smokers. We preferred the “NO SMOKING” environment at the Cuenca Parador. There was very little control over the proliferation of smoking at the Toledo property.

We stayed in room 417, which had magnificent dual aspect views over the old city and a very large balcolny. The room had al thel required facilities and was spacious and well decorated. The food and drink prices from the bar were very reasonable.

A must stay at Toledo. We had a wonderful and unforgettable journey. Definitely worth the values it offers.

No bathrobe and slippers in the room. A the breakfast buffet, a bad attitude towards clients, but I gave the highest note to the staff anyway because the excellent job of the whole team dont't deserve to be penalized by the rude manners of a couple of waitresses.

I have been there 50 years ago. The same charm. Reception - concierge: a great hospitality, nice and professional. The best view in Toledo from the room, even better from the terrace of the bar. True ancient building, good castillan cuisine.

Very poor breakfast, little variety, we were hungry. For such a price for a room, you could add more choice, at least add eggs. The temperature of water changed very drastically during the shower.

Beautiful view from the hotel. The hotel is on an elevated position and the whole city can be seen as if in the palm of your hand. The hotel has its own parking lot, including a canopy to keep the car in the shade.

All is well. There is actually a L71 bus station near the parador, but the bus stop was not prominent so we walked to the mirador as google suggested. Fortunately the staff gave us clear directions later.
