The location was fantastic... the apt was so spacious and the ceiling fans were great .. pools beautiful and room was checked on everyday if we needed towels or cleaning ..

Only negative was the beds were not that comfortable or high quality, other than that it would have been a 10

Location is top class. Centre of all the restaurants and shopping area, beachfront and the pool and kids water park area was as good as I have been to. We had a 2 bed apartment for a family of 5 and it was very spacious, clean, and kitchen had everything we needed

Only 1 tiny lift that randomly moves between floors . However got our daily steps in every day as we went up and down the 96 steps as we gave up on the lift after the first day or 2.

Loved the 2 bedroom tower suite . Absolutely massive roof terrace . Very friendly staff . Spotless clean .

Currently having major works at the complex. Understand that work need to happen but would have been nice to know before booking. Waking up every morning 8am~ to the sound of workmen banging, vans driving down the pedestrian path, chemical fumes smell and dust directly under our balcony not my ideal idea of a vacation

Lovely property with lots of amenities around. Kept nice and clean daily, washing machine handy and cooking facilities. Basically like a modern flat. Pools were lovely, attentive lifeguards and helpful staff Would stay again once the works are complete/not disrupting a holiday

We had breakfast included - I would have liked more variation across the days which was a little disappointing, but there was enough of a spread to make do.

Loved the sheer size, close proximity to the beech and general feel of the resort. Location was perfect for our needs with loads of nearby restaurants and a grocery shop across the street! The two bed apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and has everything you need and was cleaned daily.

No air con, there were only fans in the room we stayed in, was too hot. No kids club or entertainment for kids at night which would be a drawback for us.

Great hotel, really clean and lovely landscaping, brilliant kids area with slides, loads of sunbeds and location is perfect. We got breakfast included and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no air condition in the rooms and only one fan in the ceiling so it was a little warm for the kids on the first floor in the night.

Great hotel with amazing garden with slides for the children and the food was very decent and everything was very cleab and beautiful. The location is perfect in Los Americos. The rooms are really nice and it had daily cleaning and enough of towels.

There is no activity for older kids like billiard,Ping J Pong and one of mine kids did not like salt water swimmig pool

The only issue I had this time was my bed was a little hard to sleep on.

This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is amazing. The pool is always very nice and always has available sunbeds. Rooms are lovely. Staff are very helpful
