Sea view from balcony was great. Heated pool within minutes of leaving our room. Comfortable, clean apartment. Nice to have a restaurant serving delicious food by the pool. Just a lovely place for a real break.

The rooms do become quite warm even with the fan running 24/7, however on the night with the fan being above the beds it is cool enough to sleep. The main downside is it is one of the most expensive places to stay and prices in the hotel are dearer than eating/drinking in bars around the area.

The floor of the room was dirty all our stay and there was a gap on the fence of the balcony. I went with a 1 year old so he had his feet and clothes dirty because of the floor, and it was stressful controlling him all the time so he didn't climb on the gap of the fence. The food in the swimming pool café is very bad and expensive.

The access to the swimming pool from the parque Santiago III and the easy access to the own swimming pool were very satisfying as we were travelling with kids and they had a great time. The music played on the terrace at night was good.

The idea of walking across the road into the shopping centre to the other hotel for breakfast. The staff at the pool bar were not friendly.

Consistency of WiFi connectivity was the only real issue from day 1 to the end of the stay. Engineers did attempt to resolve the issues, but had no success and I was not the only person that reported this issue, so it was a hotel wide issue.

One day we were in our room briefly when they knocked for housekeeping, we asked them to come back as we just needed 5 minutes, I left the ‘please make up room’ sign as we left but they didn’t come back so our room didn’t get made up that day.

Room was great, two singles but we pushed them together so was happy with that. View of the beach and ocean was exceptional. Worth paying extra for the view. Sunbed and pools were great. We came in May and it was quiet/not over crowded, always sunbeds available.

There were no English TV channels so unless you subscribed to UK streaming services there was nothing to watch. Minor complaint though as the view outside was so good!

Booked 2 bed panoramic ocean view apartment. Very spacious with huge balcony, which even had 2 pull out lines for laundry, and a fantastic view. Well kitted out kitchen, couldn't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. Surprised to find 3 bathrooms which was unexpected.

We stayed in April for a family trip of 4 adults and 1 child in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was truly impressive! Lots of room, everything you could possibly need. It seemed as if it had just been renovated, absolutely immaculate and housekeeping visited daily. The balcony and sea view is just breathtaking!! We only used the kitchen a couple of times and had everything you'd need. Bedrooms were all spacious and great to have 2 lovely shower rooms. The facilities were great, 2 pools, one of which was heated. Wasn't the biggest fan of the salt water pools but they were large and very clean. Nice to have a bar by the pools too. Sometimes had to wait quite a while for drinks to be made but they were great including the cocktails, albeit a bit pricey. The location couldn't have been better with shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. Had some really lovely meals. Would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

On arrival at accommodation only one person on reception and had about one hour wait to check in. The member of staff on reception handled the number of people checking in admirably in a courteous and professional manner. Additional staff required at checkin would make a big difference.

Location and accommodation/facilities excellent. Have been here on numerous occasions as everything you need is on the doorstep great restaurants and bars on the golden Mile and lovely walks on the promenade taking you to Adeje one way and Los Cristianos the other.

I had no major faults all. My only minor one would be that the pillows were just a little uncomfortable for me.

The location was superb. Right on the door step of lovely restaurant and it’s also beachfront. The room was clean and recently refurbished.
