Since it is an apartment in a condominium, only the bedroom is independent (with a fantastic view), the bathroom and the kitchen are shared with the other tenants. It was suitable for us, but if you don't like the feeling of a dormitory, choose something else!

Great room near the beach and beachwalk. Ocean view and balcony. Emilio (the owner) is amazing and very friendly and helpful. Even though the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces it feels private.

Above all, the charm lies in the host, Emilio, an individual radiating positivity and warmth. It feels like a home away from home. Without question, I am looking forward to my third stay here!

This is the perfect location if you want to spend a few quiet days away from the usual business of the touristic center of Málaga. It's super easy and quick to reach the city center by bus (or walk along the beaches) and once you are done for the day you can return to your quiet and cozy room in Pedregalejo. The terrace and the view of course are amazing and the shower is also very nice with hot water and water pressure. :) And of course your host, Emilio, is so welcoming and takes great care of everything you might need. He is very knowledgeable and has great advise and tips not just for Málaga but the whole region.

There are no words to describe hospitality of Emilio! He's amazing host. So thoughtful and friendly. I can only wish all hosts to be like this. Everything was perfect. Place is very clean. Beds are super comfy. And there is no better feeling than drinking cold fresh orange juice with the beautiful view from the balcony!

We had one room in the apartment, where other people also stayed in other rooms. There was an owner, who met me when I arrived, he is very friendly, made a fresh orange juice at 2AM! Our room is quite small, but cozy. The most exciting is the sea view and door to the balcony where you can have a coffee in the morning, it's really outstanding! (see the picture). We had a shared kitchen and bathroom, they are clean and there were no people when we cooked something, so no problem at all for us! The owner also presented us a photo of Malaga when we checked-out, that was very sweet.

I loved the hospitality they provided us. Emilio welcomed me with a fresh orange juice. It was super sweet. He gave us the opportunity to use the kitchen if we wanted to cook something. Emilio gave us a lot of practical information (bus stations, supermarkets...)

I read a previous review of a customer who complained that the furniture is old. This is true, but it's still good furniture and what does one use a bed for? That's all that matters. My stay was perfect!

Basically everything went well, from communication before my trip to a check if the plans remained the same, everything perfectly done!
