The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my taste, but two nights were doable for me.

Great location, especially when you travel by train. Only a stone’s throw from Abando (Renfe) and Concordia (FEVE). Right in the middle of everything interesting in Bilbao. Don’t expect a luxurious hotel. But it’s great value for money if you are a modest tourist.

My only negative was that I was a bit cold in the evening.

The Pension Bilbao is just a short walk from the station and close to the city centre. Starbucks is just on the corner for nice breakfast. You can also walk along the river side to the Guggenheim Museum which is so amazing.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and so too much humidity. Some noise.

The location is not friendly for visitors with car, however the host can manage parking lot for you for 14euros per day. The main light in the room was not working. And finally I missed at least some cutlery and a possibility to prepare hot drinks in the room or in the area of the flat.

Perfect location in Bilbao. Lot of public transport hubs in neighboring area. Few minutes walking from main old town's attractions. Nice bar nearby and many others within 5 mins walking. Good bathroom. And room is pretty large.

Just what I needed for a 1 night stay in Bilbao. Room was basic but fine. Bathroom and shower excellent. Location is great for the old town. When I warned them of a change to my arrival time they were accommodating. Thank you.

Very noisy at night due to the cafes across the street from the hotel. No double glazing and it went on till 1 in the morning. Being an small street notice carries and if I could have understood the language I could have perhaps enjoyed their conversation. I wonder if you check the hotels I have been in at all before recommendations in your site as it is not always right.

Great spot as it is close to the old city as well as teams, metro and busses. The tourist office close by and lots of cafes n the area.

walls are thin so you can hear your drunk British neighbors arrive in the wee hours of the night. prepare to use earplugs or silencing headphones.

The room didn’t look in anyway at the picture at booking.com. It was small with one window looking in a small alley. It all felt very ‘narrow.

the windows are located to busy street and especially during friday and saturday nights, there is no chance to get sleep without earplugs.

Great location for visiting Bilbao, just a short walk from most attractions. The room is somewhat basic but it has a fan - much welcome on warmer nights. The host kindly agreed for a check-in after the reception hours and waited for us until well after midnight when our flight was delayed.

We had quite a few mosquitoes in the room at night as we had to leave the window open for ventilation.

Everything was decent - cleanliness, staff, room size. The location was amazing as it's right in the centre of Bilbao and a short walk from the Old Town. They also have an elevator.
