The remote check in process was awfully complicated, though well explained. The kitchen lacked some things I would have expected: detergent tabs for dishwasher and clothes washer, paper towels, a microwave cover or casserole dish to use in the microwave, and most crucially, pot holders to remove hot dishes from the oven or microwave. Suggestion: Write down instructions for how to use the appliances, shower, and blinds, and have them in a binder in the room.

Bright, fresh, and very clean. We loved the tile in the bathroom and the two balconies, especially the enclosed balcony. We found coffee, sugar, and milk on our arrival; we weren’t sure if they were left by the owner or the previous guest, but they were great to have. Location was central, and we walked to all the sights. Many wonderful eating options were right around the corner, and the owner’s recommendations were spot-on. Owner communication was prompt both before and during our stay.

What a fantastic place. My best stay on the Camino. The host is so friendly and helpful. The location is central and great for camino. Clean. Modern. An honesty bar is available, which is helpful for coffee in the morning. Will definitely stay here again.

Entry door to building and stairwell look worn but the part of the building that is the Pension is modern and clean.

The manager was very kind and helpful. He told us where the laundromat was located. He booked the taxi to take us to the train station. We were able to use the water kettle in the common area. We had a most wonderful stay!

I was a bit cold. The heating went off for periods of time and it was a very cold day outside. The hot water ran out after a few minutes in the shower.

Curtains are only sheer (no blockout curtains) so don’t block out street lights in night. Also, not entirely soundproof - was woken by loud revellers outside at 1.30am.

Lovely property, would definitely stay again. Great location, lovely decor, good sized room, great bathroom and shower, helpful host, very comfortable bed. Loved the little balcony and that you could open the door for fresh air.

- I agree with previous comments on the living room noise isolation which is quite poor, luckily this is in front of a primarily pedestrian street. - Yes, when you pass the street door, the building looks old, but fear not.

- Cute small flat with all you need - Well equipped kitchen seeming to be freshly renovated. Good amount of dishes/utensils. - Host was not met, but very responsive and gave clear instructions (we booked about 2h before arriving) - Well located, few minutes from the cathedral and more popular areas. - Very much worth the price. (50€/night). - Matches the pictures.

Window box was very small and the curtain was see through so privacy was low. Parking nearby is free but limited so you may need to walk further (this is the same for any hotel in the old town).

Excellent location inside the old walled town and yet also only a 2-3 minute walk from streets with free parking. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.
