Showers are small It was very hot this night and impossible in the room. (No air con) You hear railway and trains passing For one night is ok but if i stayed longer, space is super small for 2

Room was hot in early September. A fan would have been nice. Also the streetlight shined directly in the window.

Basic room with private bath. Small kitchen available with refrigerator to keep drinks and food cold. No stove, but microwave. Just around the block from a train station.

Difficult journey through surrounding streets to property, many oneway, even confused my sat nav! Need to be careful with speed limits and cameras - "Basque tourist tax"!

I had stayed here overnight before, so knew convenient for ferry, street parking and on bus route to centre. This time I booked a room with an ensuite, glad I did. Had to get my QR code printed for the ferry, staff were most helpful in doing this for me, I was most grateful. Stayed in Zorrotza the barrio of Bilbao, great local walk by river, excellent nearby restaurant with Menu del Dia.

Nicely outfitted interior with cosy atmosphere. Staff were friendly and made check in easy. Location is a little noisy due to nearby traffic and train line, but otherwise nice place to stay a little way out of Bilbao’s urban center.

Not bad, tube station is literally around the corner, Staff very kind and professional. Basic accommodation solution. The bar on the left hand side next to the property is fantastic. It works if you want something straight forward and it would be perfect if it was slightly cheaper. Good overall though.

Night 1: woke up at 8AM to the sound of jackhammer construction across the street. Night 2 (the worst one): there was tremendously loud live music (a band) playing downstairs from 10PM to well past 2AM!! We got no sleep at all (even with the earplugs we brought)! We couldn’t close the windows cause there was no A/C. (Additionally, it doesn’t bother me that we have a shared bathroom, but the toilet did get clogged on night 1 for at least 12 hours before the staff fixed it in the morning). It was some of the roughest sleep I’ve ever had at a place that I have stayed. I unfortunately wish I had booked elsewhere but the location was really good.

The bedrooms & bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. The staff was nice. Being short walking distance from the train was ideal.

very noisy, every hour freight train through the room, even at night, never a peaceful moment or quiet, worthless old beds, extremely warm in room without fan or Airco, when opening the window the extreme noise was even worse. Never again, didn’t sleep for a single moment. Parking is horrible, we needed to park our car 2km away, everything was totally full. The shared bathroom was on the other side of the hall, and was shared with at least 20 other rooms.
