The staff on reception were very helpful and there 24hrs. Room cleaned daily and wonderful roof terrace.

Location is excellent. It is in the city center, and very close to a big parking, so it is convenient for those arriving by car. There are more than enought bathrooms on each floor.

Very thin walls and I couldn't sleep the 2nd night when my neighbor was snoring - bring earplugs! The bathrooms are already shared, I expected them to be a bit more big/comfy.

This accommodation was in the perfect spot, it is only a 10 minute walk from the bus station and right off the main square where there is shops, bars, and a supermarket. The rooms were perfect with extremely comfy beds and a sink. The bathrooms were clean and there was no lack of them. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. My favourite part was the terrace which we actually watched the sunset from as we did not have enough time to make it to La Caleta beach (roughly 25 mins walk) but it was beautiful from up there. Only stayed one night but could not fault it.

You can hear everithing from the other rooms or coridor because the walls are like paper but its not big problem 🙂

We liked that you have to leave the key from the room in recepcion. Its really good because than you dont have to think about it that you lost the key or something 👌

One of the biggest problems with my stay was the WIFI did not work in the whole pension including the reception area. The staff said it was down before I got there and they were waiting for the technician to come to fix it. There's no elevator in the pension, but the staff was very nice, they helped me to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. The balcony door in my room is a bit hard and noisy to close properly. You need to use the key to lock your room every time you leave the room. Rainwater may leak into the room if the door is not closed properly. You have to tell the receptionist if you want your room to be cleaned. Otherwise, they may not clean it.

Good location right next to the city hall square. The room is OK, but the door is a bit hard and noisy to lock and unlock. The toilet is right outside my room, so it's easy to access. There is a huge supermarket next to Mercado Central de Cádiz (walkable from the pension) where you can find anything you need.

Mattress is always a controversial topic, right? Net was glitchy!

It was by far one of the best places that we stayed in for our holiday. Its an authentic place, beautiful interiors and roof terrace was our spot for eating our self made salad (no more white beard :D). The room was clean with carefully chosen items trying to make it original. Staffs were peaceful and friendly as well. You know what i would do, a coffee machine in the ground floor would bring joy to all! :)

Wi-Fi wasn’t working unfortunately, also impossible to sit on the toilet properly due to cramped bathroom arrangements! Very expensive for a simple room, due to Semana Santa.

I didn't like the bed , it was somehow too soft for me and not very comfortable, and I guess the old furniture or the bedding’s, I felt the unusual smell that bothered me as a person with respiratory sensitivity and allergies. Another thing is the sounds . You can hear the people next door or the people in the corridors, or their own bathrooms .. not the most pleasant thing .

The location is very central, near the Cathedral and the staff is very nice and friendly . I liked the architecture of the building and the rooftop tarace that was open for the guests . The bathroom is refurbished, with modern tiles and design . The view from the balcony is nice .
