We are a family of three, staying in a suite. The room isn’t large, but it’s just the right size, and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The hotel's facilities are simple yet practical, and during the day, there is someone at the front desk to promptly answer questions or requests. The service and comfort have all exceeded our expectations.

We had the king bed room with terrace, it was spacious and comfortable. The lady at reception was incredible, very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for sights and food, even booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The location is perfect for visiting old town and the beach.

Location was fantastic! Right in the heart of the City. The room overlooked the street but once the window was closed there was no noise whatsoever. The room was cleaned every day and the receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay. We would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. Great value!

A lovely room in the heart of San Sebastián old town, Our room had a view over the street and small balcony , the showers were great, bed very comfy, location superb, clean and nicely appointed. The tea and coffee facilities were in a common space near the reception.

This was a pay at the property hotel. When we checked in they did not take our payment (like previous pay at property places we’ve used) we checked out before the reception opened. So spent the next 3 days trying to arrange payment. When you are travelling for months and staying at different hotels you tend to lose track of which are prepaid and which aren’t. My feedback for the property is to take payment on check in and not wait until checkout.

The location of this property is perfect. Just a short walk into old town and a short walk to the beach. Definitely don’t need a car staying here. We were on a motorcycle and were able to park free right outside the hotel. We felt the bike was safe as there were many other bikes and scooters parked most with no security locks. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Very central location but yet a quiet street. Modern accommodation on first floor..Short walking distance from the bus station and to the old town. Ana was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable, has an excellent modern bathroom cleaned daily and fresh towels left. It was nice to have a fridge too and tea/ coffee facility. This Pension deserves more than 2* and the room was better than some 3 star hotels we have stayed in Spain.

Seamless check in, Anna gave a list of where to get the best pintxos. I had a single room , the bed was a comfortable double with a good sized terrace. Close to everything. Even the free coffee was a good standard and the price for one night was great
